John and Andrew were kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure they installed our equipment correctly and with as little disruption to our day as possible. They had a big job ahead of them, worked hard, and did it all with a smile and great attitude.

Brady Leith and Brendan Tucker provided excellent customer service. They provided education concerning installation process, maintenance of sink drains and clog prevention. They were extremely patient. Arrived on time and provided excellent results. I know who to call for all our plumbing needs.

We had a nice visit with Mr. Delgado today. As usual, Wilbur's sent us another astronomically superior HVAC technician ! Edgar is very informative & detailed in his explanations, polite beyond expectations and we want to follow his progress as he goes through life.

My company had a very high water bill that was getting increasingly high over the last month or two. We called Wilbur's and explained the situation which caused us to have to turn off water to our entire business. Which is a huge thing for us. At the time, they didn't have a technician that could come out to us. They did have a cancellation and sent a technician not an hour later to help us find the issue! Turned out there was PVC plumbing we were completely unaware of. The technician was extremely pleasant to work with and was able to get our situation resolved quickly! Highly recommend and will continue to use them as we have in the past!

This morning, after me and my property manager proved to ourselves we couldn't figure out what was wrong with the heating and air system at one of my rentals, we did what we usually do. We gave up trying to fix it ourselves, and called Edgar Salgado at Wilbur's Air Conditioning and Heating. What did he do? He got out to the property shortly after our call, figured out everything that was wrong, provided pictures, called with a detailed explanation of what needs to be done, offered a great deal considering how incredibly fast he got there and figured everything out, and then got the work done the same day. Said another way, Edgar, you and your team at Wilbur's frequently prove that you are AMAZING, and we just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for all that you do for me, my family, and our clients! :)

I just purchased 2 homes and was in need of maintenance + as it turned out repair and some updating. Wilbur's HVAC worked with me to coordinate the service calls and thoroughly explained what they proposed as a solution . The options were discussed and there was no pressure. The whole process from my first call was excellent. The office staff and the technicians are very friendly and helpful. A good company to do business with!

The technicians arrived quickly and on time. They were incredibly thorough and diagnosed the problem in no time. Everything was explained, documented, and they even came up with ways to give me a discount where they could. Wilbur’s has been around for a long time and I’ve never heard of a bad experience from the people who have recommended them. Highly recommend them!

Norman, master plumber, did a fantastic job of making repairs as needed and installing a new toilet. He was friendly, professional, and worked quickly. I will plan on contacting him in the future for any other plumbing issues I might have.

When I got the offer for the Fall Special for a Plumbing Health & Safety Maintenance Check from Wilbur's, I knew that it would be good to have it done. The one who came was Norman. He was so patient and helpful!!! He not only checked all of the plumbing components and provided the minor maintenance updates that were needed, but he also gave me very helpful suggestions. It's easy to tell that he truly desires to do what's best for the customers!
I've been using Wilbur's and will definitely continue to use them.

My experience with the plumber, Norman Virciglio, sent to my place for diagnosis issuse was great. This guy gives you your money's worth. He is thorough and takes the time with you understanding the problem and why you need whatever work is suggested. He's not pushy and try to understand you as the home owner. I would always ask for him, when using Wilbur's.

Brady Leith conducted himself as a true professional with the desire to serve his customer well. He analyzed the problem with my toilet and made the needed adjustments. He then explained exactly what he did so that I could understand the cause of the problem. He was a pleasure to talk to and a young man who exhibited very fine character. I have used Wilbur’s for many years for all my plumbing and heating and air needs and could not be more pleased. Thank you Wilbur for the fine young professionals you have on your team.

Jonathan and Caven are amazing plumbers! Wilbur’s was able to come out on short notice, provide an honest quote, and return quickly to complete my repairs. These guys were extremely professional, dependable, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using them again.

My best contractor. Good communication, great craftsmanship, cleanup, walk-through of every line item, explanation of everything and made sure all questions were answered. Of a dozen contractors at my new house, they were the best.

Norman did a fantastic job. I needed my gas logs cleaned, inspected, and to be taught how to use them. He was quick yet thorough, kept my house clean, explained things well. I’d definitely recommend.

Andrew and Josh were fantastic and stayed late (and in the dark!) to help fix our problem. While they could only do a temporary fix tonight, they will be returning next week to finish the job completely. They were extremely knowledgeable and educated us on exactly what they were doing and the steps they needed to take next to get the job done. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Jason & Norman installed a water heater, fixed a gas line, a water line and a water pressure regulator, and were very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, and couldn’t have been nicer. They were able to finish the job in one day, which was great! I highly recommend this company. I found them on a government energy efficiency website.

I was informed by the water company that I had a leak. I secured the services of Wilbur's Air, heating and plumbing. Staff immediately returned calls, communication was top tier from contact with the company, staff kept us informed throughout the diagnostics and work flow and the work was flawless! I contacted Wilbur AC, Heating & Plumbing after reading outstanding reviews. They did not disappoint. From first contact with scheduling to the actual repairs, everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. The plumbers, Andrew and Josh were very nice. They arrived on time, found and repaired the leak in no time. Additionally, I wanted a whole house replumb quote, which I got, and they will be returning to change out the plumbing. I want to give a special thanks to Andrew, who is an extremely knowledgeable plumber. I was not comfortable about taking out walls for this whole house replumb until Andrew explained the replumb process for my house. It made me feel much better that they would not have to knock out a bunch of sheet rocks walls to replace the existing pipes, but rather reroute the plumbing. Thanks so much for making me feel better about the process.

We had a rather significant HVAC emergency arise after hours and Justin Humphries was on site to evaluate it within an hour of my service call. He took the time to perform a thorough inspection and provided us with a very detailed, easy-to-understand explanation of the problems. There were multiple issues, and he saw to it that everything was repaired to our satisfaction that evening. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Justin responded to a very stressful situation, and left us feeling confident in the resolution and in our relationship with Wilbur’s.
Susie, in their office, also could not have been more helpful. She responded quickly to our initial call for service, maintained contact while Justing was being dispatched, and even followed up the next day to make sure that we were satisfied with the service. Again, a stressful situation was made better by her professionalism and friendliness.
