Arrived on time. Explained what they were going to do, asked if I had any questions. Cleaned up when done. Tested everything and explained all the work that was done. Showed how to operate the smart thermostat and use the app. Great job!

I'm very pleased with the technician Todd Sullivan's work. I have never seen such a thorough and complete work done before. For many years the HVAC system at our house had been regularly serviced for preventative maintenance/ check up, however none of the contractors had done such an outstanding and detailed job as Todd did today. It seems as if he was taking care of his appliances at his own property.

Technician was excellent. Provided good feedback and kept us informed as to what he was doing at each stage of the inspection.

As new homeowners, our top priority was to find a trustworthy company that truly had our best interests at heart, and one that wasn't going to push unnecessary repairs on us. After a disappointing experience with another company, we decided get a second opinion, and gave Ethridge a chance.

Our technician, Alex, stood out to us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process, even inviting us to observe. Despite working the late night to ensure our AC was working, He took the time to talk with us, and we actually enjoyed the time he was there. We’ve never had a more pleasant experience with someone working in our home.

Everyone was nice and professional. My technician Alex was the best! He explained everything to you that has to be done and cost associated. He was so courteous and respectful of your home. Great communicator and such a great conversationalist. Never made u feel rushed, uncomfortable, or have anxiety over them in your house. Anyway, kudos to Alex on a job well done. Great customer service! Very dependable. Staff are quit to return calls and to resolve issues. This was our regular winter checkup.

Was able to come out quickly, diagnose the problem, and fix it within about 15 minutes. Also, signed up for membership to save money on future checkups & visits.

Excelled in customer service .... Ethridge did an outstanding job in the replacement of our AC unit. They were very professional and quick. The Tech that come to my house was attentive to any questions I had and answered them to my satisfaction. He did an excellent job. I would high recommend Ethridge Heating and AC.

Your technician was here for a preventative maintenance visit. He not only performed that task, but also, without prompting, discovered a leak in our outdoor faucet and repaired it. I had signed a contract for this PM service and was to pay by the month. However, because of an accounting error, I had not been billed. Instead of being billed for the service call, it was waived and my new credit information entered into the system for subsequent servicing. Very good news for me and classy action from a top-notch company.
