I had an appointment on 1-16-2026 from 11:00am -3:00pm. I waited and waited no one ever showed up. I called and I texted , i even left a voice mail. No one got in touch with me. I called my warranty people. They were able to talk to him. He told them that he was no where near me and I will need to wait until Tuesday the 20th. I think that is bad business. At least he could have called me back and said something. I never talked to this man. Very unsatisfied customer.

Ladarius was very professional and personable. He did an awesome job of explaining the importance of installing the surge protectors and making sure the system is running smoothly. I highly recommend you ask for him when you have an Aire Serv technician visit your home.

Great experience with their inspection and overall knowledge , took their time to explain to me ALL my doubts, was not in hurry to get “ in” and get “ out” , looked, worked on, time to converse, just the most great profesional experience!!!! Tristan was the techs name, , also was a young man in training Sumner very polite, Jenna was the initial contact for my service , it was absolutely a great experience from begining to end! And that LEVEL of customer service now days is very difficult to achieve , congrats to Mr Skelton for his crew, Steve helped with Quote, just Beyond & above ty all , specially Tristan!

Had my annual service; today was the heating unit. Matt and Zack were polite, friendly and thorough. All went well and a capacitor replacement was recommended. While I declined at this time, I will have that done in the spring. Always a great experience.

Mr.Sterling and Mr.Won were hero’s. They came to my residence with a mission. Together they would completed there task. From the removal of the existing unit to the installation of the new unit. These brothers were first very respectful to myself and my home.When entering my home I didn’t have to ask them to take off there shoes they applied there footwear as they walk about my home. Simply beautiful, I was able to talk with each technician. If you have the pleasure of either one of them to services your home you about to be amazed by there grace and overflow. They clean up after themselves as they completed each task. I recommend AIRE SERVICE OF BIRMINGHAM to anyone who wants a Quality job done right the first time.

Anh and Mason cleaned, sealed and wrapped my air ducts. Anh was very thorough and knowledgeable. He also installed a carbon monoxide detector. The gentlemen were very professional and did a great job!

This was our first experience with Aire Serv. I would like to complement them on their customer service, including the knowledge and skill of their technician Anh. He was prompt, very personable, and did a complete inspection and tune-up of our 16 year old system. Afterwards he did a thorough job explaining the current condition of the system and what to expect as it continues to age. At our request he also swapped out our old thermostats for some new smart thermostats and set them up before leaving. I highly recommend Aire Serv and will not hesitate to use them again!

These guys did a great job. Showed me picture before and after. Had a small repair done and some insulation put in our attic. Both jobs were done quickly and were reasonable priced. Ladaruis Brown took care of our repair and got our insulation job schedule with no issue. Would Highly Recommend!

Mr Brown was very professional and informative. He explained what he found and we discussed what needed to be done. I have used AirServe for a couple of years and he was one of if not the best that I’ve had. I am now confident for the hot summer months that my HVAC is ready. Highly recommended.

Sterling and Adam did a fantastic job installing my AC/heating unit in the cramped space of my Condo. A very thorough inspection, they stayed a bit late to do the job right. I feel like I made a couple of friends as we exchanged work stories about drinking hot coffee under the afternoon sun. I highly recommend them and the other pros at Birmingham Aireserv. I’m a satisfied customer.

Aire Serv's service was quick and professional. My dryer vent was packed with lint in a tight, hard-to-access spot with the outside vent under my deck. Airflow was almost completely blocked. Aire Serv responded within 24 hours of my call, and Darius efficiently cleared out a massive amount of buildup while also cleaning the dryer itself. They met my needs for quick service and a fair price. I'll be calling them again next time I'm in need.

Friendly, very competent folks and reasonable pricing for annual maintenance on new Trane system they installed in 2018. Highly recommend! As of 2026, I am still having them do routine checks twice each year, and zero problems with my Trane unit thus far. Zach is a great technician!

Ethridge has taken care of our semi annual service for a number of years. Their pricing is competitive and the service and office staff are great to work with. Would highly recommend

Whenever there’s been a problem with my units, they have someone at my house to fix it within a few hours. And the visit and labor cost nothing because I have a service plan with them that covers such problems and also provides for twice per year maintenance visits. My units are doing great since they installed them in 2013.

Since it obviously does no good to call and complain on a driver I'll leave a review, maybe that way they'll know their driver that comes through Pinson and CenterPoint around 6 AM drives wreckkessly and eradicate weaving in and out of traffic and speeding well over 15 mph over the limits.

Brian was here on time. I expressed my concerns and my needs and he was very knowledgeable. Look forward to working with this company

They first came to replace a part on my heat pump, they price was modest. Then they offered twice a year cleaning for a price I accepted. They cleaned it the next day, after 6 months they contacted me to come again. The emoyees were very nice and explained whatever I asked, they were, knowledgeable, thorough and professional
