This is the best heating and air company I have seen by far. Kevin and his Daughter did a excellent job troubleshooting and finding any and all issue. Excellent customer service. They Communicate all issue as they go. I highly recommend Cool Breeze inc.

We had our ductwork sanitized and cleaned by Cool Breeze. It was way past due and desperately needed. We are happy with the results as the house is less musty smelling and I am no longer seeing mold and dust collect on walls and furniture. I hope it last for quite a while as it was quite expensive; however, the service was excellent and technicians were very respectful.

My husband and I was very impressed with the service we received by Cool Breese. The work was done on time and the men doing the work were friendly and professional. I would recommend Cool Breese to anyone needing their service. we will use them again in the future.

I've used Cool Breeze for several home projects since buying my 1960s house a few years ago and have been very pleased with each one. When both my ancient AC unit and furnace died the first 6 months I was in the house, Court came out immediately and had me back up and running in a matter of hours. He was very honest that my AC unit was on its last legs and later showed me ways I could do some minor filter cleaning for the furnace to keep it up and running as long as possible without having to depend on (or paying) someone coming out to my house at all hours when its very old safety switches tripped.

it's also been my long-time dream to live in a house with a fireplace, and last summer Court came out in the middle of August and September heat to install a gas line and top-quality gas fireplace for me in my previously cosmetic fireplace. Even though it doesn't get that cold here in the winters, I have thoroughly enjoyed it every time I've used it and have had zero issues with either warmth or functionality from the fireplace installation. It's unbelievably cozy!

Finally, at the beginning of this summer, my AC unit finally gave up the permanent ghost, and aside from a minor dispatch issue where my call was not relayed until a few days later, once he knew of my issue Court immediately came out, quoted me a price $1,000 less than the competition wanted, and very clearly and honestly explained all of my choices on units before helping me make a choice and installing my new AC unit and furnace. He was here the next morning before 8 and worked all day to get me up and running so that by the time I got home from work that evening I finally had cold air blowing again. When he had to take down some existing shelves in my garage to fit the new (proper) unit configuration, he even carefully reshaped and rebuilt them after he was finished AND replaced all of my paint cans and tools on them exactly as they had been, which is above and beyond the call of any HVAC contractor I've worked with in the past. He also fixed a ton of poor ancient wiring and jerry-rigged electrical systems in the process, and he checked with me multiple times to make sure I was completely satisfied before calling the job finished and asking for even a single cent.

I have been so pleased with every aspect of working with Court and Cool Breeze. His team has always been punctual, professional, and very honest about what did and did not need to be fixed, and I'm typing this review from the comfort of a very chilly house thanks to the AC he's had up and running for me since June. :) I would wholeheartedly recommend Cool Breeze to anyone who needs HVAC assistance.

HFC had an a/c condenser and coil installed. The technicians did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The installation took longer than expected due to working in a very hot attic space. The finished work was well done and the a/c has been working great. We were pleased with the overall experience and the quote which included a cage was very competitive. Well done David and Alex!

Hands down the best HVAC company around! After moving into a new place, I kept getting upper respiratory infections. Cool Breeze came out and did a free inspection and even provided a full photo album showing exactly what they found in my ductwork, along with a clear estimate and financing options. They discovered mold in the ducts, which was likely the cause of my health issues. A week later, they returned, thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the ductwork, and encapsulated it to prevent the mold from coming back. The entire process was professional, transparent, and incredibly reassuring. I can’t recommend them enough!!!
