Great experience. My air broke on Friday and they were here quickly. Conner was great and explained everything to me before doing anything. Will definitely use them again. Well hopefully I won't have to any time soon.

I called Wilbur's heating and air tonight. They had somebody at my house after 11:00 PM within 1 hour of me calling. I could not be more thrilled and I could not be more thrilled with Edgar, specifically, who was the one who indicated the problem within 4 minutes of arriving fixed the problem within a total of 13 minutes of leaving! Edgar is the one that all HVAC companies are looking for;You better be smart, hang onto him Wilbur's!!!

Prompt, professional service from our technician, Clay Austin. Good communication with the dispatcher throughout the process. You might save a few bucks with "Uncle Joe's House of Plumbing," but will you have peace of mind when he's done? I do; Clay did a great job.

Once again Wilbur's comes through with fast, professional, courteous service. Would recommended Andrew Harris and Josh Allen to anyone. They treated my home as if it were there own. Could not ask for any better service on gas fire logs.

I found a corroded drain pipe under my kitchen sink on Sunday. Brian from Wilbur’s was able to come in Monday morning and repaired it in 3 hours for 1041$, it’s not cheap but it would have taken me a week (without garantie of success) and no warranty. See picture before after from the drain, he also changed the P trap and the 1ft of drain in the crawlspace.

Jason and Brandon did an amazing great job with our plumbing problems. It was terrific that it could all be done in one day. Everything they fixed looks great and very impressive. I’m happy to see all the new parts and the new “water heater”. I feel now that we will be prepared with the new and repaired plumbing. They were highly professional, and I would be glad to call them again. Thanks.

I recently signed up for Wilbur’s Pink Plan. As part of the agreement, a plumber, Norman Virciglio, came out to check my plumbing system. He was very thorough, found a problem and repaired it and even fixed a cabinet door hinge!! Highly recommend

Jason was excellent. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix an external water leak in one afternoon. You can’t even tell they dug up my front bushes. He also found another issue that I was not even aware of took care of it while he was here. I have used Wilburs several times and they will continue to be my go to moving forward.

Today I had a Plumber’s Check-Up from Wilbur’s Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing. My Plumber was
Mr. Norman Virgilio. I had an appointment. Let’s start there. He was on time, prompt and came in to work. He properly introduced himself, explained in detailed what a Plumber Checkup was, ask there any water connected problems. I have three bathrooms plumbing, kitchen plumbing, hot water tank, air conditioners unit and washer. He checked every last one of them and explained in layman’s terms, I’m a layman, what was what.
He made recommendations. He priced items at a reasonable price. He emailed me and allowed me to look over and make a decision either way no pressure. I like this visit. I highly recommend Wilbur’s and definitely the Plumbing Tech, Mr. Virgilio.

I just want to say what an amazing technician Norman V is. He responded quickly to our after hours call. Though it turned out to be a small issue (large for us) he identified the issue quickly, but didn’t get fix that one thing. He checked a couple of other things to make sure it doesn’t happen again. He didn’t try to upsell us. He made sure our issue was taken care of so it doesn’t happen again. He was so professional, helpful and polite. He also made sure to explain everything so we could understand. So thankful for Wilbur’s and their after hours services!!
