Thomas and Adrian came out today and were absolutely amazing. They were efficient, fast, and very professional. They were sure to take their time and advise how to prevent future clogs. Absolute best!!

Adrian was so kind and helpful. He was able to fix the problem quickly and even did a once over the rest of the house to make sure nothing else was leaking. I called at 9:30am, and he was there by 11:30, and finished by 12:30. I am so happy to have a go to guy in the future!

I cannot express enough how great this service was. They sent a very nice tech (Zach) out within a day, provided a quick diagnosis and quote, then returned for the job the very next day! The job was done quickly and the pricing was very fair. The owner, Imad, even went above and beyond to help with this job while another tech was out sick. He explained everything in detail so that I understood what I was being charged for. They were both very courteous and respectful of me and my home. Will definitely use in the future.

My neighbor had water line replaced that ran along my property. It was left where we could not mow. We were told it would be just like it was before . We have had to pick up rocks and landscape ourselves.

They fixed my issue but the lack of communication along the way will prevent me from using them again in the future. $400 to fix a leaky shower. Took a month. I had to contact them each time to schedule the followup appointment. But it was fixed!

The receptionist was extremely rude and the service is unpredictable. They say they’ll come out and look at a project and never show up! Don’t waste your time on rude and inconsistent service, instead use JOHN’s plumbing!

Good folks. My company has used them a few times since ownership change. Communication is good, plumbers are competent. That may seem like faint praise, but those two things are hard to find. Pricing is fair, so leave the chains and slogan spouting companies alone. Just call a good plumber.
