They came when they said they would. Repairmen were very professional and you could tell they knew their stuff. They repaired my commode instead of trying to sell me a new one. They could have just told me it couldn't be repaired but they were honest. Something you don't find with a lot of businesses today.

Two men (main plumber and assistant plumper) working for Stephens plumbing came into my house on July 8 to fix a plumbing issue. The assistant plumber was left alone in my bathroom and after he left, my wedding band was gone. He has refused to cooperate with police and they have tried to contact him MANY times to question him and after Google searching his name, I found a criminal record and multiple mug shots this man had. Stephens plumbing refuses to take accountability for their plumbers actions and has said that it is between me and their plumber (THAT THEY HIRED) !! The fact that they hired someone with a criminal record to come into your home is crazy to me. BE CAREFUL TRUSTING THEM.

I thought I had already given a rating, and just realized I had not. We used Stephens plumbing earlier this year for a leaky bathroom faucet and outside spigot that was stripped. Isaac was professional, courteous, and completed the jobs in just a few short hours. Some of the mortar had cracked when he had to cut out the outside spigot and he repaired that as well. We highly recommend Stephens Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!!

Jeff and Blake were here when they said they would be here. After looking at the old water heater they knew exactly what they needed to install the new one. They got the job done quickly. They did a very good job. I would recommend Stephen’s Plumbing.

Incredible service and an incredible team! We found out weeks after moving into our new home that we had a leak in our hot water line. Paul came out, assessed the situation, explained his concerns and what repairs we would need, and told me he would get back to me with an estimate. His estimate was almost 30% lower than all other estimates I got to run new water lines. He explained what repairs would be necessary and was clear that he wouldn’t recommend unnecessary repairs that would increase the cost. His crew came out in a timely manner and got the job done in a day and a half. It ended up costing about 40% less than he quoted me due to their efficiency! The crew was polite, professional, and so nice. They’ve been such a wonderful company to work with and have made this headache of a plumbing situation so much easier to deal with! We are so thankful to have worked with them and highly recommend them to all!

Johnny and Adam were the best!!! They replaced and installed two new toilets. Secondly, it took quite a bit of time for them to figure out how two previous plumbers had either by incompetence or on purpose did not put in the master shower head properly. After considerable time and knowledge, they figured it out and fixed it and gave me my dream shower! I Highly recommend both of them for any plumbing needs you may have. Great response to a clogged drain issue. Dan and Brandon got everything squared away quickly. Dan even answered some general plumbing questions I had and we are very satisfied with the services provided. Although I never want the need of a plumber again, if I do then Roto-Rooter and Dan are who I’ll be calling.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! Dan and Kevin made sure to find the problem and present solutions to fix it. They answered all my questions and did not leave until we knew what was causing our main line to clog. Dan recommended the hydro blast and it worked! They have a great camera system that lets you see everything and they make sure to show you after the work is done. Thank you!!

I’ve had several of plumbers to come out and try to resolve the issue no one was able to fix the issue immediately. Riley was a great technician! Took care of my problem. Very professional walked me through my issue before and during the work to keep me informed of the process.
