Our builder walked out on the job, taking draw money on top of that. Stephens stepped in immediately and helped us get a certificate of occupancy ASAP. Mike Neely and his crew did an outstanding job considering they were following behind work that had already been started by at least two different plumbing outfits (obviously a tough spot to be in). They were very responsive to us and all inspector requests. We wouldn’t think of calling anyone else for future plumbing needs!

Thanks so much! My garbage disposal was leaking and in need of replacing. I called Stephens Pluming on Monday morning and they came out to my house by 1pm and had it replaced and working perfectly with 15 minutes! The guys were professional, helpful and quick, the office receptionist was professional and helpful as well. Thanks again Stephens, you really helped us out.

Derek was so great. I called after hours emergency, he showed up within TEN minutes. He was so nice and gave me so advice, showed me all about my issues and what to do in the future. Had a hot water heater moved five feet and raised 18 inches off the floor. Water supply, gas line, and vent all moved. Did an excellent job except a minor problem with the vent. I contacted the company and the manager Paul called me right away. He met me at the home and we discussed the issue. His men were at the home the next day and he was there as well. The fix went well beyond what I was expecting. An amazing quality and professional service. They really bent over backwards to satisfy this customer. Thank you Stevens and especially to their manager Paul. 6 stars for the customer support!!!

Could not be happier with Adam at Stephens Plumbing. We had a drain line clog due to poor slope that two other plumbers were not able to clear. We were told that the entire line needed to be dug up and replaced. Adam was patient and kind and most importantly, worked magic on the pipes, and our issue is resolved! Will keep coming back for sure!

Stephens Plumbing was a God send this week when we had a sewage backup in our basement. I called them and they were at my house in about an hour. This was after-hours in the evening at 7pm. They immediately diagnosed the issue and stabilized the problem until they could come back the next day. They arrived at my home first thing the next morning and repaired the pump and made sure everything was working properly before they left. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs! Paul was so helpful when I called and the plumbers, Ernie and Adam, were very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service!

We found ourselves in an emergency situation this week with an impact to business due to a pipe bursting. Stephens Plumbing understood our emergency and had a plumber on site within 2 hours. Zack was very professional, stayed until he finished the job and had our office back up and going for the following day. I can't say enough about what a great job they did. Real disappointing experience with this company. After confirming an appointment to meet for an estimate an hour away, they failed to show, or call. I had to call them to find out they couldn't keep our scheduled appointment. Informing your customers about scheduling issues is the bare minimum a company can do to show competence. How unfortunate.

I’ve used Stephens Plumbing for almost 20 years. They are always available in a timely manner at reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again. Zac was very knowledgeable, kind and had professional look to him. Will ask for him at next service call.

Call with an emergency situation. They responded within the hour and had the issue resolved within thirty minutes of arriving at our house. Great people and great service.

Long story short, do not use this company.
Our upstairs neighbor used Stephens Plumbing for a basic clog job, December 2024. At 730 in the morning sewage begins to rush through our exhaust fan and flooded/destroyed our only bathroom. Come to find out the plumber had cut the sewage line, and the sewage had nowhere to go but in our bathroom. I ran upstairs to notify my neighbor and the plumber, he then came into my unit and started sawing holes in my ceiling to locate the leak. After an hour of sawing and leaking he stopped the leak, but it was too late, everything was ruined. I called their general number and spoke with their GM, Paul Meacham, he came out that afternoon and told us they’d pay for everything, fix everything and pay out of pocket for everything. He said if we needed to stay in a hotel and buy new items such as towels, they’d reimburse us. But they never did, they left us hanging.
He sent DEC out the next day to “clean” the sewage up and begin demo by removing the ceiling and baseboards. After several weeks of back and forth with Paul (until he ultimately ghosted us) about fixing our bathroom, reimbursing us for damages, weeks of us living in a contaminated home, being told they’d pay out of pocket and get it fixed ASAP, Stephens Plumbing turned this over to their insurance company (after they had started demo of our bathroom). This then began a 3 months battle with their insurance company. Our bathroom was not fixed until May 2025. The lack of communication and transparency by Stephens Plumbing, the lack of professionalism, the months of living with a contaminated home made this the literal worst experience of my life. The way they “handled” this situation was atrocious and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. I would never use this company, even if they were the last plumbing company on earth.

Stephens Plumbing Inc does a great job with repairs and installs! Very professional crew and prompt arrivals with scheduling!

Avoid at all cost. Stephens Plumbing does not vet their employees and hires criminals that enter your home. My wife’s wedding band was stolen during a one hour visit by a plumbing assistant with a known arrest record. Stephens Plumbing did NOT CARE to make matters right, only about protecting their image. On top of that: our plumbing problem was not even fixed. Bad company.

After having a bad experience with another plumbing company that advertises a lot on local tv, we contacted Stephens Plumbing and was glad we did.
They responded in a reasonable time and sent two experienced and qualified service people. They quickly repaired our problem, and the charges were very fair compared to the company we had issues with.
We will use them exclusively and recommend them to everyone in the future.

When you find a good company, keep them!

Needed a plumber again and called Stephen's plumbing. They arrived the next day and repaired the problem. Considered doing it myself and after they diagnosed the problem, I realized I would have made a mess.
As before they were very respectful, experienced and respected my property.
Will recommend them to family and neighbors for any required plumbing. You will pay a fair cost, and they will not take advantage of you. You don't have to be afraid when calling them.
Ray Walker with Stephens is a fine plumber and man.

Ended up talking to the General Manager (Paul) about a small issue that I had. He had 2 guys (Josh and Zack) at my house within a few hours to take care of the issue. I will continue to call on Stephen’s for my future needs. Super professional and personable guys.
