Alex and Julian are both amazing. I had two separate jobs, both were cost efficient, professional and quick! Would definitely recommend.

I had a stopped up toilet which I'm trying to unstop multiple times using multiple plungers. Ryan arrived d in a punctual manner and performed the needed service. He was very nice and courteous.

Julian diagnosed the issue quickly and I agreed to the price. It took about 2 hours but wasn’t an easy job and I appreciate his thoroughness.

Was sent one plumber that claimed to clear the clog. Stated there was a 7 day guarantee. The next day, same issue. Was sent another plumber who again claimed the toilet was clear. 2 days later the same issue. Was sent another one who first claimed I had to pay again even though I was still within the 7 day guarantee, I disputed it and he called in a supervisor who again claimed the clog was clear. After being down a toilet for a few days; husband and I decided to just simply pull the toilet up and lo and behold, problem found and fixed. Truly disappointed and will never utilize them again.

We had been having a toilet blockage issue for over a month, and had several different people try to fix it. Our technician Ryan came out on a Saturday, along with a supervisor, and they finally got it resolved and also explained why we are having problems and what we can do to prevent it in the future. This was the second visit from the company within a month, so this visit’s cost was covered!

I would definitely without a doubt recommend Roto Rooter. They are easy to schedule and appointment with. Technicians are professional and have great attitudes. They truly want their customers to be happy. I have used them for toilet repair and bathroom sink faucet and drain repair. They are my go to for any plumbing issues.

I had a plumbing emergency last weekend and decided to call Roto-Rooter and I'm glad I did. They were professional from start to finish. The technicians came on time, and even called their field supervisor to bring the camera to ensure the line was clear. They also followed up a few days later. I would highly recommend them!

Isaiah did a fantastic job helping clean out my sewage pipes that had a holes in them and replacing them. I have only used Roto-Rooter once but I had an amazing experience with them. I would highly reccomend them to anybody that is dealing with these issues.

Isaiah and Phil did an amazing job removing a damaged PRV (Pressure Reduction Valve) and installing a new one. They made sure to explain the process before getting started and keeping us informed throughout the process. I would recommend them and Roto-Rooter (because of them) to family and friends. Wyatt came in a for my kitchen sink being clogged. He let me know the costs upfront before doing any work which was great. Job was done in no time and he left kitchen spotless! Great job

Very professional service by Julian and his Tech. When we had to switch plans to fix the problem they spent so much time and attention to all the details to make sure everything was perfect when the job was complete. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter and especially Julian.

What I’m most impressed with is how professional RotoRooter has been in the care of our emergency plumbing issue, the quality of the knowledge of each person who came to our home to repair, the quickness with which they worked, and how personable each person sent by RR has been. Phil, our case manager, checked in with us every day to make sure we understood what would be happening that day and what time someone would be here, and we appreciated so much both his expertise and his kindness. Great customer service! I would definitely call RotoRooter again.

The company was very responsive and came out the first time within hours. I had called a local plumber 5 times and never heard back from the after leaving a message each time. The problem I had was more extensive than it first appeared but the issues I had were fixed within 48 hours.

Julian came out late saturday afternoon & had to return early sunday morning as our blocked kitchen sink became more complicated. After 6hrs on the sunday, he had it fixed! Truly a hardworking nice guy! If you have a complex problem, he's your guy! Definately recommend him.

Ronald was meticulous in identifying the source of the problem, clearing the affected lines, and fully stopping the leak. He conducted a thorough quality assessment and walked me through a detailed Q&A to ensure everything was fully resolved and understood. His professionalism, clarity, and attention to detail were outstanding. I would highly recommend both Ronald and Roto-Rooter to anyone dealing with a serious plumbing issue.

Julian was my service provider today and I just want to say that he is amazing and he made sure that the work was completed in a timely manner and he walked me through every step of his work he had to complete.
