I’m not one to leave a bad review but I paid him $300 dollars the problem wasn’t fixed made another appointment never showed then called a bunch no answer! now I can’t flush my toilet and take a 5 min shower and end up with water to my ankles I called the city to make sure about the problem it’s still on my end so Ima have to pay more money to get more work done!!! So $300 dollars just pissed away!!!

My water pressure dropped about 40 percent. They located the leak quickly and fixed it just as fast. Friendly, knowledgeable, and really great service.

I tried to use this business. They said they would come at a specified time, and they were a no show. Called back, and they apologized, sating they would have been here this afternoon. Gave them another 3 minutes and gave them another call for a status update. Went to VM. Sent a text message, yet no response. In short, call someone else if you want someone to show up.

Made an appointment a week in advance and got a no call no show. I know things happen so I gave them 30 minutes before I called. He said let me see where my tech is and i'll call you back. Still waiting on that phone call.... This wouldn't be a big deal but I had to take off work for the appointment. Went with another company and they were there the next day and on time.

Would NOT recommend in the event of an emergency. City shut off gas. Adidas seemed legit when scheduling appointment but ghosted me afterwards. No response after scheduling or next day.

Mr Buyers...My time is valuable as is yours. U make an appointment for 8 am and show up on my door at 2:30 pm. I saw u from my alarm system. U didn't have the decency to call and OBTW, u couldn't reply to my txt from 7 am to confirm if u were coming. Piss poor way to conduct business!!! Don't bother, someone who wants business will do my job.

These folks are courteous, fast, honest!! We called Tuesday, they were here early Wednesday. Without seeing the job they quoted me a price and held to it, I believe the job was more than they thought, but never did they complain, cracked jokes with us yes!! I like that!! I will call them again for any plumbing issues we may have!!
