Roto Rooter rescued us on one of the coldest days of the year. Our drains were backing up into the showers and the bathtub, and the toilets were overflowing. RR sent a technician out immediately that day and discovered that our main drain was clogged. The technician, Riley, was wonderful, he did a great job explaining the problem and he immediately got to work to fix it. He was pleasant and very accommodating. I recommend Roto Rooter.

Although we called for what we thought was a small drain clog, our service rep immediately stepped into action and provided excellent service for what turned out to be a 12 hour job. He was very professional and communicated each step of the process which we truly appreciated. We will definitely request his services specifically next time we are in need for plumbing work.

Jeffery came out to repair a leaking faucet that was previously rebuilt/repaired by Ronald, former employee. Jeffery showed me the parts that needed to be replaced, and explained everything he did to correct and resolve my issue successfully at no charge due to callback was right at my 6 month warranty period. In addition, He was very professional, great personality, and educated me on the water pressure readings in my home. He made sure everything worked properly before leaving. I have always been able to count on Roto Rooter for a professional job done with no muss, no fuss, no drama. Once again, they delivered. I called in because I wanted a high pressure toilet installed. A plumber came in within the hour, and advised me of the best place to purchase such a toilet for the best price. He extended his ticket to last a few days longer, giving me the chance I needed to make the purchase. He came back today; got the job done quickly. Here's the best part: now that I have a pressure assist toilet, I will no longer be needing to call Roto Rooter for clogs. Pressure assists are as cheap as any other toilets--but in the long run, they should prove so much cheaper.
