I was pleased with the fast service I received .Andra was prompt and he did exactly what he said he would do and when he finished I discovered a couple of hours later my water was not ruining in the kitchen I called and I expected him to say he would get back to me instead he said I will be right over and he came In a matter of minutes and corrected the problem. I am well pleased with his services and will recommend and use him again .

This company is exceptional! We had our main water line burst in our yard. This team worked tirelessly until they found solutions through many roadblocks. They have incredible work ethic. They are also kind and understanding. They always spoke to me and addressed me with respect. They also never once took advantage of our circumstances . They charged a very fair price for the amount of work they had to do to find and repair our line. I could not recommend them more. I will never use another company but them!

Technician came to my home twice in 2 weeks, he was on time both times and finished in a timely manner. He did not leave any kind of mess, was very informative about what issues I was having, and explained what he did to resolve them. Andre and his team at Extra Care Plumbing go above and beyond to help their customers. They listened to me and worked extremely hard to find the root of our problem instead of dismissing it as others plumbers had. Other plumbers also had tried to diagnose the problem without actually working on the sink and then tried to up-charge us and tell us that a great deal more extensive work needed to be done. Andre was extremely upfront about the process and only did what was needed to solve the problem. They are extremely professional and delightful to work with. I will only use Andre and his team for our plumbing needs.

Called at 6:30 PM when I was getting no water to my home. It was 28 degrees at the time so I thought the pipes were frozen. The dispatcher told me he’d have someone call me, spoke to Andre shortly after and he was willing to come over right away. When he was on the way I figured out there was an outage in the neighborhood and called him to let him know. Very honest plumber who really cared about helping me and in this case received nothing in return, I’ll be using them going forward

Andre was great. He did exactly what he said and didn't try to sell me on things that didn’t need to be fixed. He was polite and honest and explained the process thoroughly. I highly recommend him and will call him in the future if I need a plumber.

I had two plumbers come out to repair my slow draining toilet. The first one could not fix my issue and tried to sell me a new toilet even though it wasn't a toilet issue. ExtraCare Plumbing was able to fix the issue and worked hard to resolve it instead of trying to up-sell. They were honest and went above and beyond to help get my toilets flushing correctly again. Thank you guys for your hard work and for saving me a ton of money!

Andre was very professional and got to my house almost immediately after I called in for service. I had problems with both toilets and could only afford to get one fixed a month ago because the competitor charged me $540 to unclog a toilet. I reached out to him and I was charged a fraction of that and he fixed my problem in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend and will use again.
