On Time Plumbing is a great family owned and local company. They showed up on time, were very friendly and got right to work fixing our problem. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I called On Time Plumbing to repair a leak under my sink. The plumber they sent to do the work the same day was very nice and very capable. They texted me his picture so I would know who to expect. Very professional. He did a good job. My only problem was the price - $153 to seal a pipe, no materials needed. But it could have been more.

The person who originally answered the phone said that the way they work is that they would send somebody out to make an evaluation and give me a quote and that the evaluation would cost $39. Then if I accepted the estimate, they would go ahead and fix the problem. I told her that I knew what needed to be done, I didn’t need an estimate, and I didn’t want to charged for one. After checking with her manager she waived the $39 charge. I have no idea what pluming work should cost currently, but I think even the $153 charge was a bit much for the work done, but I will let others make that determination for themselves.

Never came and never answered the phone.

Fantastic service. We discovered a leak on Sunday night. These folks were booked up through Tuesday, but scheduled us for Wednesday morning (first available). Tracy talked us through how to carefully manage the leak until they could get out and replace the unit. Would call them first for any plumbing project!

Quality Plumbing (Russell Fuller) has done about a dozen jobs for our family. He has always provided exceptional service at a reasonable price. He has always responded promptly and is both professional and pleasant!

Scheduling was easy. We did it via text message. They confirmed the appointment the day before via text and also texted when he was enroute to my house.
I had my hot and cold shut-off valves under my kitchen sink replaced. While he was here, he adjusted / inspected a couple small things in my bathroom.
He was referred to me by a neighbor. Professional behavior and polite.

I have used Russell at Quality Plumbing several times over the last few years and I can not say enough good things about him and his company. From clogged sinks, to toilet repairs, to just recently running a camera through my main line for an inspection when we sold our house, Russell is dependable, honest and knows what he is doing. Tim replaced both of our bathroom tub faucets. Both of the faucets were more involved to fix than we originally thought. Tim did a phenomenal job and was extremely reasonable! We would definitely recommend Tim Finch for your Plumbing needs!!
