Mr. Drippy installed a new electric 50 gallon water tank. The service was top notch and professional. Jonathan the lead plumber was knowledgeable and was more than willing to educate me. Jonathan and Adrian installed the new unit and the job was clean and everything works well. Mr. Drippy also provided me with a very fair price for the product and work. I was very satisfied.

I’m in an older home that needed cast iron pipes replaced with PVC. TJ did a great job of evaluating the scope of the work and laying out options for us. I appreciated having options due to this being a bigger job. On the day of the job, they arrived on time and did everything they said they would do. I highly recommend Mr. Drippy!

Pierce and his crew were thorough, efficient and kind. Explained exactly what was needed for gas pressure issue with a tankless water heater. When Spire changed the meters, it somehow threw the system off. They were able to fix it and no more problems with that pesky error 12 code.

I am more than satisfied with the Mr Drippy team. The service experience was clearly communicated and expertly completed. They quickly evaluated my issue and then provided options and costs to make needed corrections.

Greg was our service technician and he did a fantastic job. He very patiently explained everything that was going on and what needed to get fixed. It didn’t take long to get everything done and he cleaned up everything before leaving. He also works well with dogs! Thanks Greg for your help!

Nobody wants to need a plumber, but Mr. Drippy was the best. We had our main drain collapse, they handled it beautifully. At every stage of the process, David (our plumber) kept us in the loop. I can't imagine a better plumbing experience. Professional and competent. I highly recommend them.

Patrick came out to assess my needs. He was honest and didn't try to upsell me. Ryan A. did the work. He was abled to discern why the previous fix (from a different company) failed. His fix to the leak was clean and looks reliable. Ryan took care of my little plant that was on top of this spot too! Great service all around.

Greg arrived in a timely manner and assessed the concern. He gave me several options and after choosing one, Greg went to work. He completed the job efficiently and quickly. Overall, I was very impressed with the entire process from the initial phone call to actual completion of the project.

Pierce W. was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain every aspect of my current issue, and future issues that may/could arise.

Great experience using Mr. Drippy. Laura was exceptional at customer service and both TJ and Tim were very professional when they came out and made our repairs. 10 out of 10 for all 3.

Mr Drippy saw my review and reached out saying they'd take care of the one thing we had a problem with after their service. After a week, they still haven't touched base again. That has honestly been more bothersome than the initial minor problems. Don't tell me you're going to "fix" something then ghost me on it.

We had a slight shower emergency and were recommended Mr. Drippy by a friend. They were quick to respond, sent someone out the same day, and offered us several solutions to either temporarily fix the problem, make a few changes, or upgrade to a better hardware. Julian, our tech, was awesome. He had a few hoops to jump through, and made everything work.

The ONLY reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because there was a bit of confusion, as they don't do drywall, and we'll have to bring in someone else to install a cover for our shower access panel. We were under the impression they would do that, and in the end they don't.

I would still highly recommend Mr. Drippy! Professional, friendly service at a reasonable price!

I needed the hot water heater flushed and inspected. Mr Drippy was responsive and got me scheduled right away. They contacted me the day of the work and provided a picture of the technician who would be doing the work. Ryan and Sam showed up on time and Ryan explained everything he was doing and identified two items that could be addressed to bring the heater up to code (the code had changed since the install by the previous homeowner). The price for the inspection/flush and the install of the two code items was reasonable. Ryan explained everything as he did the work and answered all of my questions. Ryan and Sam were very professional and courteous and did neat work and left the area better than they found it. I really enjoyed speaking with them both and learning some new things about hot water heaters.

Very positive experience with Mr Drippy. Already planning to use them again for a different project. Reasonably priced and very professional quality. Gene Short did a great job for us.

Gene was great. He replaced a toilet water supply valve and put in a new shut off for the house. He also checked the water pressure for the house and found I needed a new pressure regulator. I am happy about the service. I will feel confident calling Mr. Drippy for future plumbing needs.

We had such a phenomenal experience with Mr. Drippy. The service was so quick and done with such expertise. Laura was an amazing coordinator and great communicator through the whole process. Pierce, our plumber/tech, was timely, kind, knowledgeable, and an incredible worker. They were able to assess, diagnose, and fix everything in one day! This was our first experience with Mr. Drippy and we will absolutely use their service again should we need anything!

We called Mr Drippy with a slow kitchen drain and sluggish master toilet and Gene was our plumber. He worked on our pipes and fixed the problem. He was also knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing a far worse issue in our master bath! The toilet flange was installed incorrectly and there was water damage under the toilet on our hardwood floor. Mr Dry Restoration came very promptly to assess the damage and provide remediation. John and Patrick were diligent in thoroughly diagnosing the problem and had a plan in place which was begun immediately. We will always come back to Mr Drippy for our plumbing needs and Mr Dry Restoration for water damage. They are the best for their knowledge and customer service!

I greatly appreciate the service provided Pierce. He was very professional and provided a wealth of education regarding my plumbing concerns and solutions. I will definitely utilized Mr. Drippy for any future plumbing needs.

Pierce Winkler did a great job diagnosing the problem with our old tankless water heater. We decided to replace with a new Navien tankless water heater. Entire job was completed the same day, minimizing our time without hot water. Pierce was friendly, professional, all piping was neatly installed, with clean up and haul away of old unit. Pierce made sure new tankless was tested and working before he finished the job.

Mr. Drippy did a wonderful job. I now consider myself to have a plumber guy. I will use them for everything plumbing related. I called them because I had an unusually high water bill and suspected I had a leak. The leak detection guy was very respectful of our personal space and schedule. They waived a $400 leak detection fee when no leak was detected and charged us only for the installation of some parts that would alleviate the water issues we were having. Their office crew was amazing and broke the bill down for me and explained for me what I was purchasing and why I was purchasing it. They explained how my high water pressure could lead to high water bills and wear on appliances that could cause leaks over time. They are an honest and wholesome company. I'll be using them again.

TJ was very professional, knowledgeable. He educated on some things gave me options. He was not pushy and left it up to me to decide what package I wanted. He cleaned his work area up nicely. I would highly recommend this company. Plus, they send you a picture of the service person so you will know who to look out for. Great job TJ!!!

5 years ago they did great on new water heater installation. Since it's been 5 years I called the Homewood location Mr. Drippy for the annual maintenance expecting professional service and inspection. I specifically said since it's been 5 years I wanted them to perform maintenance. Once arrived, the tech tested drain out pressure (verified 55 psi) then attached hose and drained what appears in the attached orange bucket. When the hose got warm he closed the clean out and disconnected the hose. The gas, water heater and cold water supply remained on. No inspection of anode rod or relief valve. I am dissatisfied with the $270+ service. I called and gave feedback.
