Ethan Smith - did the biannual HVAC maintenance . He was friendly and professional. Said the systems was in good shape with normal wear and tear...explained possibility of a filter that functions similar to a HEPA filter. Very pleased.

I had a Freon leak in my unit this past week. I called Environmental Comfort systems and Tyler came out right away. He got the unit fixed and had a great attitude doing it. Very professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

AC went out just as we were getting ready to leave the house. Made the call to ECS and not long after Caleb came by to help solve our A. Problem. He stayed to well after 7pm knowing his wife was preparing him a good meal. He was very courteous and professional. and eventually got me back on line again. We were very thankful for Caleb’s expertise and willingness to stay until the problem was solved.

Cam and Caleb have been so busy getting our A/C back up and running. From an emergency Sunday visit from Caleb, to a long day in the sun to replace our compressor by Cam, the guys never complained. Both are great at what they do!

I had a new central heat and air unit installed. I have never seen more skill and dedication than with technicians Cam and Kyler. They worked tirelessly in the sweltering heat both outside and in the attic. There was never a complaint, but always a drive to finish their work. Their technical skill, kindness, and respect is a great combination for success. And yes, the cool air is so appreciated.

I had my new HVAC unit installed yesterday by Rudy and Cam. They did a fine job—they were on time and got right to work. I was amazed the installation went as quickly as it did. Everything is running fine and my cats and I are very comfortable. Everyone at Environmental Comfort has been helpful and kept me up to date on everything. Ryan and Cam did a great job replacing my 22 year old HVAC unit with a newer more efficient one and cleaned all our ductwork for a fresh start.

I’ve used Environmental Comfort Systems both for the initial HVAC installation and then preventative maintenance the past several years. Very happy with the work in the past and Ethan kept that quality, arriving on time and thoroughly checking the system. It’s good to be able to trust a company to do their work well.

Jazz was on time and very polite. He inspected both AC systems completely and gave me a complete report. He cleaned the outside units and changed our filters.

On Friday my unit had totally shut off making the upstairs of my house very hot. I called ECS and within the hour Kyler and Caleb were at my house. It was a line that needed to be flushed and with a couple of adjustments and I was good to go. They both were knowledgeable, professional and respectful. I appreciated their attention to detail and great service. Very thankful for Environmental Comfort Systems.

Ethan and Kyler were scheduled to provide maintenance on the 3 units at our firm. From the time they arrived until the time they left, they were both very professional and efficient. I appreciated them keeping me informed on what needed to be done inside the office pertaining to the thermostats and how it related to the service they were providing. They completed the service in a timely manner. And on top of all of that, they were good sports about me greeting them with 'GO BIRDS!' as they entered through the front door! I learned that they were Dolphins and Raiders fans! No worries...we agreed that we can all still be friends!🤣🤣

I had my 6 month maintenance checkup yesterday, and Gavin & Kyler were 15 minutes early. They got everything done in about 35 minutes, and were nice, polite and friendly. Said all was well at the unit in the yard and in the attic, got my signature and emailed me the report. I’ve used them for about 7 years, and have never had a complaint. Also a shout out to Martina in the office, who is always very helpful! 5 stars!

Ethan Smith performed the semiannual maintenance on our HVAC units. He was on time and very professional. He explained the work he was doing and let me know how the units were performing. Ethan also answered the questions I had. I was very pleased with the service visit. This is a good company and I highly recommend them.

Cam and Jazz came and explained the process. They were efficient and personable. They accomplished the work and insisted on cleaning up afterwards. The process of shooting the insulation into the attic was so quiet. Cam and Jazz are welcome anytime at our house!
