James Dunn my service technician was very informative and knowledgeable about heating and air systems. He helped me in layman terms to understand what I needed while making me feel valued. James was great. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. If my rating were solely about James, it wouldn't just be a 5 star. It would be a 10 star. I put 4 stars because I would like if an effective nontoxic cleaner can be found. The unscented scented still has a scent and unscented doesn't mean nontoxic. Seeing that this is something we are breathing in, I feel it is something absolutely looking into. Not only would it be beneficial for the homeowner, but the technicians as well because they are constantly interacting with these products. I am sensitive to smells. My head started hurting after James left and is still hurting this morning.

Andrew Blair was our technician servicing our hvac system. Very efficient and knowledgeable showing us pictures of our systems in their current condition. Andrew was very courteous and answered all of the questions my husband and I asked.

Technician arrived on time. Checked everything. Wore shoe covers when he came into the house...that was nice. Emailed invoice and estimate for a whole house surge protector. Extremely satisfied!

Preston did a wonderful job. He was professional and thorough. Answered all my questions and got my unit working again.

The only company that approved financing for me, very thorough and punctual with their work, too. I can actually feel the difference in the air quality of my home since they came in and cleaned the vents and ducts out. I'm not coughing as much if at all & it appears to have made a difference with my two dogs as well. Most grateful for their services. Felt as id I was getting the runaround from everyone else I tried to hire for the job

Kyler and Jazz were very nice. They did the maintenance on 2 air conditioning units and did a wonderful job.

This company provided an excellent service quite well. They were cordial, kind, respectful, and neat. Answered all questions completely. Put on booties anytime they came into house. Gave bathroom opportunity; they were neat, even putting toilet seat down after use. We had a slight musty smell before new system installed which is completely gone. Cost quite reasonable. Kudos to technicians Dewey, Rudy, Zane, Kyler, and Jazz. Very pleased with all aspects of this service.

I have worked with ECS for over 20 years. I've been part of the ComfortCare program for 9 years or so. Rick Smith's team comes out semi-annually and checks our HVAC system for proper operation. His team always take time being thorough with the system checks, but also in informing us of findings and answering questions. Kyler was here yesterday morning after I called in a emergency call the night before. Kyler quickly identified the issue, had to run purchase a part and had my system up and running in an hour or so and our home is now running a cool 70 degrees again! Rick's team, no matter who comes onsite is always knowledgeable, personable and very customer oriented; that was the case with Kyler as well. If you're looking for a company to maintain, repair or even replace your HVAC system, Environmental Comfort Systems is the right choice!

Rudy, Dewey & Zane did great job with install of our new heat pump unit. I appreciate their attention to detail & their professional attitude! Thanks to Easton for answering my questions and ensuring new unit was available for technicians to install. I also want the thank Cooper & Jazz for troubleshooting initial problem with old unit.

My AC went out and I called ECS, they came and checked it out the next morning. Kyler and Ethan were great, they checked it out and found the problem. Drove to Huntsville to get a blower motor and had me cooling back down in no time. Very professional, very knowledgeable and nice guys!

We have used Environmental Comfort Systems for at least 15 years. We’ve replaced three older units over the years with more efficient units and we’ve kept the service contracts on them. ECS is always responsive when we have a problem, and their technicians are always polite and explain the services and costs. Great service today from Dewey and Jonah who serviced our three units and made repairs to two of them that chipmunks had chewed wires on. Kyler and Gavin did a great job today on our spring service and a repair. Thanks ECS!

Scheduled an appointment to have my HVAC unit serviced, Blake and Ethan showed up on time, introduced themselves, and promptly went to work. Both were very friendly, reviewed what they did with me, and ensured they left everything cleaner than they found it. I would highly recommend ECS and Blake and Ethan!

Rudy and Cameron excellent to work with. They got the job done quicker than we expected. They were polite and did very good work. Would recommend them anytime.

I had my 6 month maintenance check today. Ethan was very polite and professional. He completed all the maintenance in a timely manner and promptly emailed the report after completion.

I had a small issue with the fan control on my heating and air conditioning unit. I called the company that normally use for such issues, environmental control system, I’ve used them for sometime now. they came and identified the problem quickly and fix the issue,. Both of the gentleman who came Ethan and Kyler were very helpful and explaining the situation exactly what was wrong and how they fixed it. as a result, things are back to normal very quickly. I appreciate their help excellent service.

Our unit went out on January 1st and we called environmental comfort systems ( who also does our service contract) they were at our house the next morning before 10a.m to see what the problem was and was fixed within the hour. Dewey the technician was absolutely awesome! Very knowledgeable and knew his stuff! Would highly recommend this place for your service needs.

Rudy and Zane were very professional today as they did our quarterly maintenance and filter replacement on our many units. We have been using ECS for 10+ years and every employee we have encountered from ECS has always been very polite and thorough. We have been very happy with all the services received from ECS over many many years of servicing, maintaining, and replacing our units.
