Jon and Ryan of Skyward Plumbing did a great job for me and were a pleasure to meet. They were excellent on the services I had asked for. They also gave me guidance about a couple of things that I could do myself. I am really glad I did NOT attempt to flush the water heater myself! They were: prompt, friendly, competent, flexible, and my dogs liked them. Five stars earned.

Skyward team was exceptional! Austin Zimmerman came right away to fix damaged waste disposal. Addressed issues with disposal and fixed quickly. Then went above and beyond to assess all pertinent plumbing and hvac and gas fireplace issues in my newly purchased house.
Austin adjusted/recalibrated my new tankless water to deliver hotter water throughout. Also, he checked my gas fireplace to ensure it was safe.
Love Skyward Heating Air Plumbing!!! Will def keep this team on board!

I would like to commend Eric Gibbs for his prompt, professional and efficient service. He was patient, answered all of my questions and made sure the shower part worked as it should. I highly recommend Eric and Skyward Heating, Air and Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Skyward installed new A/C unit on 10/16/24. Unit was NEW HVAC Daikin Comfort. Service was knowledgeable and courteous. Install was done in a day. Arrived when they said they'd come and unit has performed beautifully since installed. I would highly recommend their service professionals.

Had a kitchen drain repair that’s cost us thousands in damages . Austin was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do . He had it fixed and had us up and running within a few short hours .

I am extremely happy with the job Andrew did today. He was friendly, professional and thorough. He came back to fix a vent that needed reattaching to the return when we found it as we were replacing the filter. This was our first visit by Skyward and I must say, I am very impressed with the communication and Andrew!!!! We ended up having to get a new unit Daniel and Jonathan did an awesome install. I highly recommend!!!

Skyward can’t be bothered to keep their appointments. They are apparently not actually a local company and if their “Decatur technician” has a scheduling conflict you as the customer are out of luck and will be rescheduled for a week or more out from your scheduled appointment. Definitely avoid this unreliable company.

The service was prompt, courteous, and as far as I can tell so far, good quality.

Skyward Plumbing was by far the best quote we received within 200 miles of Tuscaloosa. We had received three other quotes that were outrageous from local companies. Once their team came and assessed our plumbing issues we knew Skyward was the best choice. Not only because of the price, but the employees. First, Zach was first class with a great professional demeanor. Not only did he treat us with respect from the beginning , he fixed our issue and we didn’t have to pay as much as we were quoted. He came three times to our home to ensure he was doing the right thing. The day his team came they were in and out in six hours. Told us exactly what his team had to do and even showed us what had been done. I felt comfortable and left my home several times to run errands and didn’t have to worry. The office staff (Tara) contacted us regarding payment and financial assistance and was very accommodating. I appreciate their role notch service and will definitely be using their services again. This team definitely deserves a 5/5 rating. Thank you again Zach & all of Skyward!

John and Caleb installed a Daikin unit this morning. They took out the old unit and installed the new one in about 4 1/2 hours. They were very polite and professional in everything they did. I truly appreciate the fantastic job. So far Skyward gets 5 Stars!

As usual Preston was great! He has been professional from intial install to maintence.You can really tell that he cares about the customer and doing a good job. Skyward overall has been the absolute best service experience! Highly recommend.

James came to do my Maintenance and went over everything with me. Explained that I needed a wet switch and installed it. So glad he came to keep everything safe. Also, when he was in the yard doing my HVAC he saw a screw loose in my fence and fixed it. It’s little things like that ….

I would give them 10 stars if possible. The Wise team are true professionals and a team that value your wants, needs, and customer experience. We are truly happy that Chandler Wise Services not only answered the phone, but also wanted to earn our business unlike the 3 companies who either blew us off or did not return our request for quote. From the very first person who answered the phone when I called, to Garry Wise who showed up on time to give us our estimate. The estimate was a fair price for our tankless water heater. The Wise team completed the install of our tankless water heater ahead of schedule. The job site was cleaned thoroughly and the install was completed in a highly professional way. They offer additional service to include HVAC along with their plumbing services. We will be using their services in the future and referring as much business their way as possible. Thank you again to the Wise Services Team!!

During his first visit, Andrew solved a thermostat issue on our downstairs system, and installed a new digital thermostat on our upstairs system. The new thermostat allowed him to diagnose and repair an even bigger issue with our upstairs system on follow-up visits.

James Dunn was exceptional, and extremely knowledgeable of his area of expertise. Made diagnosis within one minute, and follow on actions were explained tremendously well. Looked exceptionally comfortable explaining actions and ensuring customer understood. I highly recommend James Dunn and Skyward HVAC.
