Cody Boos came to service and he was so sweet went strait to work and diagnosed the problem. It was me, I was the problem I didn’t know that the unit in defrost mode encased outside unit with ice. He checked out everything to be sure everything was working properly.

Adam was very informative, patient, and took time to explain everything to us! We will absolutely recommend Valley. We have used them in the past, and always are pleased! Heath came and installed the unit, and he was the same! All in all we highly recommend Valley!

I have used Valley HVAC for over 10 years and have had excellent service from them. They are quick to respond, honest in their recommendations, and stand behind their work. I highly recommend them.

They were quick to schedule an appointment and showed up well within the time frame given. Mr. Baliey was amazing, he was through in his checks and assessments, and then broke it down into terms i could understand. When my husband got home we all talked and had a rep come out to gets us a quote for a new system given that ours had died, but it was 35 years old, it was its time to go. RIP old fathful. Wes then came out about 30 min later went over everything got us approved for financing and scheduled an instal for the following saturday. The crew got here early saturday morning, they were in and out with in 4 to 5 hours! They came in, were very professional, did the instal, showed me how to work the thermostat, cleaned up any mess made, and headed out. Thank you guys will recommend 10 out of 10 times!

Bought a new HVAC after a repair did not correct problem. This unit was our second unit from Valley. One upstairs and this second one for main level. Everyone was professional, capable & pesonable. I especially commend Eli Morrison, Cody and Damien. Thanks so much Valley.

Jonathan and his team were extremely polite, helpful and patient answering all of my cocerns. Before they left my home was already getting warmer. I joined the Home Confort Club which is a great bargain for semi-annual preventive maintenance.

Technicians were VERY considerate and explained what they were planning to do and checked to make sure I was in agreement. They performed the work and cleaned up the areas before checking with me again that I was satisfied with the job before leaving.

Was told to order part by a different company ordered parts no one came back.
Valley technician listened and troubleshot down to a faulty high pressure switch. That was not the parts I was told to buy from other company. Good troubleshooting techniques.

David Her was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable as he conducted a yearly maintenance on our system. He conducted his inspection quickly and efficiently and his presence was no disruption or inconvenience at all. Did a great job!

The experience was great. Brandon and team was very good at explaining each step of the process. Brandon took his time inspecting the entire plumbing system. Austin was very helpful. They both were also very knowledgeable about the trade.

I ordered a thermostat from Lowe's and paid $99 to have it installed. The technician left and my central unit wouldn't even come on. I had to call Valley Heating and Cooling to fix a mess someone else created. Valley sent their technician Tim out, he was very knowledgeable and fixed my unit. Tim was also very friendly. I'd definitely be calling VH&C again for any of my plumbing or HVAC needs

I called about 9:30 pm because the blower to my hvac wasn't working amd it was getting cold. I can handle it but my fur babies, they (especially my 18 yr old chihuahua) dont understand. I stayed up all night hoping for the call that was promised just to never receive one. So about 6:30am the next morning I call again and was told again they didnt know what time he would be calling. I am tired and once again I was scared if I fell asleep I would miss their call..Finally, about 7pm I get a call saying they were 45 minutes away. When he showed up he had another guy cone as well to test my unit and confirmed it was the blower and they had to order the part.
After almost 25 hours if no returned call I almost with another company entirely. I wished they would call and let someone know how busy they were at least and gave me an opportunity to make that choice......

Jack came out to our residence and explained very thoroughly exactly what we needed to accommodate a sufficient heat and ac unit for our home. He gave us several estimates of different ways we could go. He was very polite, knew his products very well and informed us as to how quickly they could get started on our job.
