Driver delivery: Friendly and courteous staff. Arrived early morning and was attended to promptly. Deliveries are received at the rear of the building on Wolverine Dr SE. 2-hours to unload cargo on a 53' trailer.

Always knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Helpful and friendly, call ahead or order what you need at the counter. Don't bother if you're not a HVAC contractor or work for one. They cannot and will not sell you anything otherwise.

Came out and after he left the HVAC was running even louder and shaking violently. What I called him about was a noise that I've heard since I moved in, after he left, I could hear my unit running loudly all the way to the back of my house
He did an evaluation and told me that my 3 year old unit needs around $3k worth of work. I called two other people out there for opinions and both agreed that nothing was really wrong with my unit. I just didn't understand the noises that it made. But they for SURE said that it was NOT trash in my line that needed to be flushed, replacement of my line and refilling of the fluids! The second man put some kind of pad underneath the unit that Valley unbalanced to make it shake like it's falling apart. This place is a scam that I WILL BE REPORTING! People are financially struggling and don't deserve to have FRAUDSTERS with unethical values trying to make their lives worse!

Zander came out last night and fixed the problem with our unit. The last 2 days it's seemed like the heat just wasn't keeping up. So we woke up to 60° in our house and were freezing. My husband called and they squeezed us in so we didn't have to go another night freezing because that wasn't fun. He was very professional and thorough. We appreciate Valley Heating and Cooling!

The technician was very nice and explained everything he was doing. He got here when he said he would and finished the work quickly. The work was under warranty so we didn’t have to pay anything. Great experience!

The guys came out to move a gas line at my home on my porch. They were super nice and professional. Very helpful making it look like it was in new spot the whole time. Very impressed with the job!

Valley came to save the day! We are selling our home and are already in another city. I called late Saturday night and they were able to come first thing Sunday morning to correct the problem! So grateful for competent and timely service!!

We had an issue with our heat pump. They sent a technician and a second guy that seemed more of a sales guy out. They looked at it and said we either need a new compressor, or preferably a new entire system. They gave us two quotes that seemed about 20% too high. So I got a second opinion. I told them I need a quote for a new compressor and whole new unit. The guy came out and looked at it for the quote. However, when he checked it out he found that there was no need for a new compressor or new system. My aunt and uncle said they did the same thing to them. Be sure to get a second opinion!
