I had a great experience with Higdon Service. From scheduling to completion, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The technicians—Brandon Brewer, Dalton Cooper, and Jason Parker—were outstanding. They arrived on time, were courteous and knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the work being done.

Adam Shelton, also did an excellent job explaining the different types of HVAC units, pricing options, and what would work best for my needs. He was patient, informative, and made the decision process easy and stress-free.

Overall, the service was thorough, transparent, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Higdon Service and their team for reliable, high-quality HVAC work.

Brandon Brewer came today to inspect the installation of my new unit. He was very thorough. He found a factory issue and a wiring issue and fixed both of them. He was very friendly and professional. I would recommend Higdon Heat & Air to anyone.

Shawn, was our technician. He was awesome! Our appointment window was between 10am and 2pm. He arrived a few minutes after 9am. He did the maintenance on our heating and cooling unit, and explained everything. He was very professional and nice. I would recommend Jackson, Heating and Cooling to anyone.

Plumbing is a tough job. The guys did a wonderful job installing new plumbing on a old house. It took 3 days of trying to install from the road to the house. Removing the old rusted pipes and installing new plastic pipes. They did a really good job. And if you have any questions they are quick to respond and resolve any issues that you have.

Mathew and Keith came to install our new gas logs and to reconnect our gas meter after chimney repair. These guys were great, friendly and completed the work in fine fashion. Decatur Utilities inspection went flawlessly. I love the service Jackson PH&C provides. I expect professionalism from contractors and they do not disappoint. Jackson is the best! They are very responsive when I call. They have excellent customer communication and service. Their HVAC technicians are friendly, courteous and quick to diagnose and repair any HVAC problem. I highly recommend Jackson plumbing, heating & cooling. I use them to service my existing system and had a second HVAC system in the upstairs of our home.

Had my 15 year old unit go out on me in the middle of a heatwave. Was looking to find a replacement quickly considering the inside of my house was hitting 89 degrees. I talked with Jonathan and he was willing to work with me on finding a replacement unit in my budget. We setup an appointment for install the next day and Alex and Heath came out and did an excellent job installing my new Trane unit. Any question I had they answered and were very courteous throughout the process. I would recommend Jackson to anyone look for hvac repair or replacement!

Wasn’t going to write a review. Constantly haggling me for one so here it is. Not impressed! Tech was timely to arrive however he didn’t seem able to bid the job on his own. Said he had to ask someone else multiple times. Then came back in and bid the job at 4000 dollars. Which is more than double the other two quotes. I believe the company didn’t want to do the job and over bid on purpose. Which is bad business. However he was happy to charge the $89 service call fee and get back on the road. My fault for trusting google instead of researching.

Matthew and his coworker did an exceptional job! Got here promptly, diagnosed the issue and got done in less than an hour! Very pleased with their services! Will definitely be using them for my future plumbing needs! Thank you guys so much!

I would like to thank Houston Ratliff. He came out today to assess my outdoor water leak and he was extremely professional, extremely polite and respectful and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me as many times as needed until I understood what was goin on with my plumbing. He took his time and gave me options for my plan of action. He even offered a kind word and some encouragement in the midst of my family member having a medical emergency. Thank you Houston.

Zack and Daniel were terrific. They expertly troubleshot the problem with my drain. They approached it from two different ways. Both led to a single conclusion. They explained what they were doing each step of the process. They offered multiple different solutions. They pointed out the advantages for each possible fix action. They answered my questions succinctly and added extra information in anticipation of my next question. Their knowledge and professionalism are a true credit to the company. I have full confidence in Jackson Plumbing based on the team they sent to my house.

Derrick and Boyd showed up on time were professional and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job and met all my expectations and then some. I would be more than happy to have them out again should the need arise.

Highly recommend this company. We had a leak we thought was somewhere in our master bathroom. Kyle came out and searched around the bathroom. Went into the attic to eliminate the possibility of any leaks from the roof and any pipes. Our house is three years old. Kyle couldn’t determine where the leak was coming from. We didn’t want him to cut any walls so we told him that we would keep an eye on it to see if we could determine where the leak might be. About a week later we thought we had a good idea. Kyle returned with his helper and replaced two toilets. They were very courteous and thoughtful. Always removed their shoes while walking around in our house. Explained what the issue was and why it leaked.

Jackson Plumbing was a life saver! We were able to get same day service and they were on time, friendly, and fast. Oh yeah, and very affordable! Dylan was great! We'll use them for all of our future needs!

Houston did a fantastic job repairing my water man after lt froze up in a recent spell of freezing temps. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely call them for any plumbing and HVAC needs.

From start to finish the the entire staff that we had the privilege to interact with were very courteous, professional and kind. Johnathan arrived on a Thursday and gave us some options of what type of AC we would need. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and told us what to expect on the day of the installation the following Monday morning. I do not feel like we were taken advantage of and feel we got a fair price. We received a text with a picture of the installers before they arrived so we knew who they were when they got to our house. The installers, Alex and Heath were on time and performed the installation of our new air-conditioning unit in a professional manner and were very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. They cleaned up the areas they were working in and made sure everything was 100% before they left. I would 100% recommend Jackson Plumbing, Heating and Cooling!!!!

These guys are marvelous. Rushed out here to rescue me from a severe water leak in the kitchen. They did a great job and a fast job and above all they came when I needed them. they didn't put me off for 2 or 3 days or two or three weeks. They came very soon after I call. I hope to keep them forever. They are truly my new best friends

Adam, was very professional and gave great customer service. He was able to locate the leak and repair it. (some plumbers will cut a hole in your drywall and just leave the hole for you to deal with but you guys at least provide a panel to cover up the cut to make it look clean) From working with him I learned something I did not know. I appreciate all the help and advice. Jackson Heating & Plumbing is always my go to for Plumbing needs. (Lastly would like to thank Gage, who was his helper today)
