I had a new HVAC system installed and some repair to duct work. Anthony Wilson diagnosed the issue, Adam Shelton came the next day to quote, Shawn Edmonson, Jason Parker, Chandler Dill and Derlus Flores did the installation and Brandon Brewer did a final inspection. All were great to work with and did a great job! Not only that from the diagnosis to having heat in 3 days!

I could not be more pleased with this company! I have never had issues with my heating or air or anything before this experience and I am so happy I called Higdon. They sent out two guys, Phillip A. and Dalton C., and they were great! They came in so professionally (even wore shoe covers to not get my house dirty which I did not expect but much appreciated) and both were so thorough! They answered all my questions and explained everything to me. I can't recommend them enough!

I am very pleased with my service today! Anthony W. came out this morning to conduct my semi annual HAVC maintenance. He was very patient and kind, as I asked a million questions. He was also very thorough, honest and fast, and he also made a few other home improvement suggestions, which I will consider. He found a leak in my crawlspace from my shower and informed me of it, and he promptly called the office to schedule a repair. They should be out today. Higdon is very fortunate to have this young man on their team. JW

Chase was extremely prompt in arriving. He was able to quickly diagnose our hearing issue and got us back up and going on the coldest day of the year. He showcased the epitome of customer service. I can’t recommend Higdon Service, and more specifically Chase highly enough. Thank you!

Chandler Dill came to my residence dressed professionally and I knew he was knowledgeable about what I needed done with my ac unit. We will be contacting this company again for a newer unit in the near future. I want to thank them all for answering all my questions and being honest with me about what cost I would be looking at. It is hard knowing who you can trust these days. I give them 5 stars and recommend them to anyone who ask.

We live in Guntersville and Hidgon has been a godsend for us for the past year. Since beginning to use them, we have Required heating repair, cooling repair, and a major issue with our heat exchanger was noticed by the technician during our most recent HVAC Maintenance, which could have led to carbon monoxide in our home if not caught. They were incredibly prompt and helpful in helping us fix the issue same day despite the long drive to where we live. Additionally, we needed to have plumbing repair done for some older cracked cast-iron pipes in our home, and the team worked tirelessly for nearly 12 hours straight to fix the problem all in one day, even when an additional pipe that needed replacing was found. The plumbing and HVAC technicians have all been Incredible and we are thankful to have found Higdon!

I just have to say I am so glad we called Higdon. I live in Huntsville and they still came all the way out here and delivered the best work I could hope for. We had to have a whole new unit and a Phillip A and Dalton C. were here to put it in first thing in the morning and they worked diligently until they had us up and running again. Both of them had the most positive attitudes even though they were working in the cold. Phillip kept us informed every step of the way and we couldn’t be more grateful. If I ever need work done on my air conditioning again I’m calling Higdon and asking for them by name!

From the start; calling to make an appointment was super easy. The young lady that took my call was super friendly. I was able to get my fire place serviced the next day in preparation for the bad weather.
I was kept updated for the technicians arrival and he arrived on schedule. He performed my service, relit my pilot light and out the door to his next appointment. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

We got excellent service from Higdon. Their technician was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is they’re pricey. A $99 service call fee on top of the cost of the work? Most companies apply that fee towards the repair. That said, the work was excellent and I would most likely use them again.

I had several plumbing and hvac heating needs over the course of several weeks along with a busted pipe over the extreme cold snap. Gunnar and Peyton handled all of my issues working around my needs thru construction and my husband being in the hospital. These guys kept me informed of work needed and pricing and completed everything in a timely fashion with little to no inconvenience to me. I highly recommend Higdon. Everyone I dealt with from office staff to technicians are WONDERFUL!

Absolutely LOVE this company. Chandler Dill is a tech there and I can call him for any type questions I may have with heating and cooling but also just this past week needed some advise on a plumbing job. I was directed to someone who came out the next day and immediately messaged for more information on all the types of services they provide. He was very professional and I will definitely be using them for all future jobs needed......you are able to tell he loves what he does and who he works with......

Higdon has always been a great company to do business with. They are quick and always do what is best for the customer. Anthony was our Service Tech on the last call. He was very knowledgable and gave us some great advice!

We had to have a new HVAC system installed in December, plus some new duct and duct repair. Shawn and Jason did the installation. They were very knowledgeable, and it went very smoothly. They left our attic spotless when they left! We have always had great service from Higdon!

Adam came out went over the different system also inspected my current duct work and made suggestions on a unit and gave me multiple choices to go with and their prices and benefits of all of them. He was very nice professional and made things an easy process. Higdon personnel was very nice and friendly company went beyond to ensure the install of my new system. The installers was wonderful as well very nice well mannered very much appreciated. Highly recommended company made things for informative and easy process.

Got to say Higdon has not only the best service but some of the best technicians you could asked for. Between Gunnar and Peyton checking over our plumbing or Chase getting our HVAC checked over and helping my wife and I peace of mind. This was a last minute service request and they took care of my family and I before I leave out for some time. I can't anymore highly of the people that make this company awesome. They were super fast to the repair! Very respectful and professional. Chandler Dill was my Tec and he went above and beyond to make sure we were fixed and my family was comfortable. Thank you guys so much for such a quick response and fix to our issues keeping our pipes from busting and me having worse issues! Highly recommend!

I could not get the gas fireplace to light. Higdon was able to schedule my service call for the next day. Chase came and quickly resolved the issue. He even took extra time to explain how to avoid/fix the issue in the future. He was professional and thorough. To make my experience even better, I feel I paid a very fair price for the service received!

We had our equipment fail on a Tuesday. Had Higdon out on Wednesday for a quote (amongst others) and they installed it on a Friday. They were honest, helpful, and didn’t hide or smudge anything. Lee gave us any details we needed and also let us find and figure out the unit that was best for our family. John P, Gabe A, and Brandon B were excellent. They came in were clean and efficient and got it done even with me talking their ears off. We are absolutely thrilled with the service they provided. They left the house better and cleaner than they found it and didn’t leave til they made sure it was working exactly right.

They have been super responsive and prompt! Install was top notch two guys even came out on their day off the day after Thanksgiving to finish the install so we’d have heat. Brandon and his crew were awesome.

Brandon Brewer, John P, Gabe A, were all great and as always did an amazing job. They explained everything to us in great detail and always answered our questions with respect. This is why we will not trust anyone else to work in our home repairs because they are great at what they do. I Highly recommend them and trust me you will not be disappointed!
