We have bought 2 units from SMS…a Mitsubishi ductless system for our over the garage bonus room and a York unit with gas pack for our main level. My elderly mother-in-law also bought a York unit from SMS. Shane is great! Very knowledgeable on HVAC and super personable! Highly recommend

Shane was a pleasure to work with. He worked very hard to meet our needs and get us the best possible unit for our budget. He worked us into his packed schedule and got our new air conditioner unit installed right before one of the hottest weeks of the season. We have never experienced such a comfortable climate in our house! We are actually looking forward to our upstairs unit replacement so we can use them again.

These guys were great! I called Monday morning around 9 and they were there by 11:30. They called me to let me know they were on their way. They were very professional and very nice. The technicians got the air conditioner serviced and cleaned for a very reasonable price. I will use them from now on for all my Air conditioning, heating problems. Thanks for being so prompt and efficient!

I had an instant emergency where my ac went down suddenly overnight and I called SMS to come check things out, well long story short I have a duel stage, 20seer unit that's had a few years on it, but I thought it was repairable and so ADAM (greatest tech I've ever had the privilege to work on my various ac systems thru the years) worked very hard trying to diagnosis thoroughly as to what my issues could be, every scenario possible was checked thoroughly and as he was finally hoping to leave me with ac he was gonna bypass my control board forcing things to work manually, nevertheless, as he had already tried everything to no avail, and so as he was tracing the low pressure switch wires to bypass the computer board he discovered the wires going to the low pressure switch had been chewed into by a rat or some other critter and
WA-LA, he found the problem, re-wired things and system ran flawlessly... Thank God for Alex cause 99% of technicians would have never had the tenacity and dedication to continue digging wanting to find and fix issues such as mine. Alex is a Godly man and I sincerely believe the Lord Jesus Christ sent him to me to solve my issues where another company told me a proper repair would be a new unit at 20K...God works in miraculous ways and I truly belive GOD sent Adam to solve my repair issues. SMS is an incredible company! Even with as seriously hot as it’s been lately and the many jobs and calls they have already, they were still able to come out and install a brand new mini split for us! This is why we have used their company twice now for AC installs at 2 different houses! They come on time, they install with perfection, and every thing runs perfectly when they leave! An outstanding experience with SMS. My old system was unreliable at best and needed to be replaced.I Contacted SMS, who gave me a very reasonable and detailed quote. I decided to have the entire HVAC system replaced. They scheduled me in and got the work done. The install crew was top notch, hard working and took their time to do it right. I couldn’t ask for better. This company goes above and beyond to ensure the best quality work is done. I highly recommend SMS.

SMS has gone above and beyond servicing our church units. They respond quickly and are extremely accommodating with scheduling around having a staff members being present - which can be tough at a church. Their techs are all CERTIFIED which is extremely rare and difficult to find. Their guys have all been extremely respectful, friendly and knowledgeable.

my hvac system which they put in by the way, stopped working in February, I’ve called them 5 times since then to fix the Freon leak. It’s 76 degrees in my house right now after he told me in august he’d be back to fix it on the following Monday I didn’t have to be here. Well apparently he didn’t come back and fix the leak.
Also they told me 2 months ago that they couldn’t come out because they were booked up for two weeks, that call another HVAC company which I did. He told me it had a leak he put 4 pounds of Freon in it. Then they told me the guy that worked on my unit in February had quit. They are now saying they are booked up again for 2 weeks. Well I ask her in July 3 times to set up a maintenance plan and they could come back this month to clean the unit before cold sets in. She never set it up,

I called Southeastern Mechanical Services today around 2pm because I was having an issue with my AC not working and they came right out and fixed the issue! Andy, who was the tech, was amazing! So professional! Very easy to talk to and he was very informative about what the problem was and how he fixed it! I am going to use this Company for ALL of my AC needs!!! Check them out! WOW

I have been doing business with shane for years as an HVAC provider for his business. Shane and his crew are top notch and I would highly recommend them.

They (SMS) were late for the appointment, but provided an ETA by phone. The SMS tech was exceptional in that he recognized the problem w/ my pilot light. SMS cleaned the thermocouple and flame outlet pipe. SMS cleaned up afterwards and asked if I was satisfied.

Our AC was not keeping up with the rising temps this summer. We were afraid we might need to replace the units outside our house. On a neighbors recommendation we called SMS out to look at our equipment. They were able to find that the condenser was just dirty and that it was a couple pounds low on freon. They had us up and running and cooled off in a couple hours. Great, friendly techs. Would happily recommend them to anyone!

From our first phone call with Shane to the pre-work walk through with Shane and Zach to the work being completed with Zach and Cody. They were excellent. They helped with the financial piece of the puzzle to making sure the type of unit we needed were correct. They were in time, courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and even provided us with a new filter. Over all wonderful work guys!!!!

Higdon Heating & Cooling & Plumbing came out and worked on my ductwork for my dryer. Anthony Wilson did a great job and was very knowledgeable and kind. I would greatly recommend him and this company.

I needed 2 shut off valves to replaced. Xavier with Higdon came out and gave me a quote of $383.28. During the fix it sprang another leak because of corrosion which that time he informed me that to fix it would cost about another $400. I was very upset because I’m disabled with very limited funds for this and to just cap it and I just wouldn’t have that sink in my washroom. He spoke with his manager and they decided to do that repair free of charge. Xavier was very friendly and professional the whole time and I would recommend his work to anyone. I would recommend the company because they stand behind their work and warranty. I believe they need to make there prices more affordable or work with people within reason that does not have the funds. Thank you Xavier

Elber & Derlis did a great job with demo and the tub install. Great communication, thorough cleanup job. I believe Gunnar was involved too. All the guys showed respect to the place when demo’ing the bathroom and kept the rest of the place clean without leaving a big mess at all. Highly recommend
