They came out within 3 hours of when I called this morning, and right in the timeframe they told me. They notified me when the service man was on the way, and he arrived right on time. He was very thorough and professional and fixed a problem that another company had failed to fix. He thoroughly explained the problem, and the options to address it. When everything was over he cleaned up and left no mess behind. Extremely pleased and I would highly recommend them!

With out question one of the worst companies I've ever had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with. First, when they come out to look at my broken heat pump, one of the technicians steps through my ceiling. Accidents happen. Not a big deal. They apologize and state "we'll get this fixed". 2 and a half weeks later (after many texts back and forth), they finally get someone out to fix it. They just patch the whole, still no paint (that's a different person). All the while, I'm harassed about why don't they get to come replace my broken unit (because you need to fix what you broke first). Another month goes by and they finally paint the ceiling as by this time I've finally given in and let them replace my heat pump.

But then it just gets better. When we originally talk about the heatpump, they offer financing. I say I'm interested. Then before they will come install it they say they need a deposit. I find this a bit odd, but pay it anyway. When they arrive for the install, they state that they need the check for the remaining balance. I ask about financing, and they say "oh, we didn't know you wanted that". They then set the financing up real quick, and say "we'll return the deposit". 2 weeks go by...no money returned. I call them and they say yes it should be returned, but can take a 3 or 4 business days. I give them another week and a half. Call again. Now "it's gone to corporate, it can take a month". I guess I'll have to get a lawyer involved.

If you're wonder, we will NEVER use this company again. STAY AWAY!

We are extremely pleased with the entire process. We placed a call to Valley Heating and Cooling yesterday morning, met with Jack the Comfort Advisor yesterday afternoon, the installation team showed up this morning and the job was completed around 2 PM. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. We definitely recommend these folks.

Cody did a great job! He was careful, professional, and easily both diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly. The estimated arrival time was exactly correct, and there was even an app that tracked where Cody was before he arrived. That is super helpful!

Ross and the folks at Valley Heating & Cooling are great people to work with and have to best customer service. Great customer service is hard to find in a company these days, but Valley doesn't disappoint. I recommend them for any heating/cooling needs.

Marty was a joy to have in my home. He was more of a friend than a “salesman”. He listened to all the things I needed, and he provided me with quality product and finance options. He didn’t leave my home before letting me know that they also provided plumbing services which I happen to need as well. Valley Heating and Air treated has always treated me with respect and they never treated me like less than a friend. I’ve never been more impressed and I’ve never been happier with a company. I almost want to tear something up just to have an excuse to bring them back to the house. 🤣 If you’re not happy with these folks, you should probably see about getting on some meds. Thanks guys for being so cool (no pun intended 🤣).

I needed an estimate for a new HVAC for our house. Wes Cary from Valley Heating and Cooling came to our house and did an excellent job explaining everything. I believe he did a thorough job helping us decide what is exactly needed for our house. He was professional and courteous.

I had an outstanding experience with Valley for their air conditioning service! The technician (Jonathan) arrived on time, was professional, and diagnosed the issue with my AC unit quickly. They explained everything clearly, took photos, gave price quotes before doing anything, and fixed the problem! My home is now cool and comfortable again! I highly recommend their top-notch service to anyone needing AC repair or maintenance!

Everything went as planned and as promised. Our sales representative Wes Cary was thorough, personable and followed up pre and post installation. The 2 installers were on time, respectful of our property and also our next door neighbors yard as we needed to access the unit from their driveway as well. They cleaned up and answered questions for us regarding the new thermostat. Very satisfied.

The crew came as expected in excellent amount of time. Service charge of $49 was very reasonable. So many rookies i just can't i have so many rentals i really need to feel comfortable/confident with the diagnosis

Excellent, very knowledgeable and fast service with new unit. Only thing they couldn't complete today is vent for unit. Tech lead called plumber and will fix few days. So not a big deal and will be fix in few days. Unit works great and cooling awesome. They was awesome on cleaning up and explain things about unit. Very impressed with install.

Landon was awesome!! He text me when he was on the way, called me when he arrived, completed inspection, then called to give recommendations and emailed comprehensive report with pictures. This was extremely helpful as it is not my full time home. Every experience I have had with this company has been easy and extremely professional!

We have had a terrible experience with this company. On the first day that they came out to check on our unit, the technician put his foot through our ceiling. It took them 49 days to get the hole repaired and that was only after several weeks of us having to continually ask when it was going to be taken care of. Once we did get the ceiling repaired, we let them install a new $11,000 unit. We took the option to do financing through them, but they had already taken a check payment for $5500 and then got the full amount from the finance company. We have been asking for a refund of the $5500 for 3 weeks and have yet to receive it. First we were told that the person that handles that was off that day but we would get it in a few days and today we were told that it has “gone to corporate” and will be a month before they can process the refund. So they have now received $16, 500 for an $11,000 unit. The next time we need a new unit we will definitely NOT use this company.

Friendly people, they aren’t out to get you and double charge you for things, they are honest as it gets. I signed my mother up for the yearly service plan, it helps you save money & gains them the business they deserve. Thanks again for maintaining my mother’s AC/ HEAT, and plumber needs.

My husband and I are so thankful to have worked with Valley Heating and Air earlier this week. We have a 30 year old Bryant unit that is nearing replacement. It was no longer cooling this past weekend and recommendations were to move forward and replace the unit. Because we really needed to buy more time before replacing the unit, Valley Heating and Cooling agreed to do the repairs and bring this old Bryant back to life. They came out on a Sunday call and had it repaired and cooling like a new unit by Monday. Thank you so much.
