Andrew, Josh, Casey, and Tara at Skyward made the process of upgrading my failing heating and air super easy! Josh and Casey just finished the install and it looks and runs great! And bonus points for them pointing out a pre-existing electrical issue with one of the breakers that could have caused a fire if not fixed. Can't say enough good things! 20 stars!

Andrew Blair was the technician who came and diagnosed my AC system. I had one other contractor come 4 times and never figured out the problem but charged me anyway. Andrew figured out the issues right away. He was very polite, professional, and went to great lengths to explain the issues. He will be the only person I will need in the future should I have other breakdowns. Super professional and top notch!

Jonathan tackled multiple jobs at my house and truly went above and beyond. Everything went exactly as he described and would truly recommend him and Skyward. Great company with great employees from the time I called to make an appointment to shaking Jonathan’s hand when he was leaving. I would and will recommend Skyward from now on. Thank you!!

I would definitely recommend Skyward company if you're experiencing issues in your home, they put us in their schedule within 2 days on a very busy season. Preston went above and beyond to take care of us, was very polite, arrived on time when he said he would and explain all the problems and solutions for what we were experiencing. We'll be definitely going with Skyward for all of us A/C and plumbing issues.

Justin Williams was prompt getting to my house even tho he came from miles away. He addressed the issue and had to get in thick mud but not once did he complain! Got it fixed so quick and I was very happy with his work! Will use this company again!

Jon and Ryan came out to evaluate some known plumbing issues for the home we just purchased. Instead of just “fixing” things the easy way, they made suggestions on how to make things better long term, and even offered assistance for some repairs I was tackling myself. The came out quick for the estimate, and back to perform the repairs very quickly thereafter. I’ll be calling them if I have plumbing issues in the future for sure!

Very happy with my experience with Skyward! They were in Meridianville, and, though the website said I was out of their service zone, I called the office and they were able to schedule an appointment no problem! Daniel was timely, respectful, and friendly. I would recommend Skyward, and I plan on using them for future service calls.

I had a funeral to attend so I hurriedly left the 3 young technicians to do their work. I am sorry I didn’t get names. When I got back unit was installed. New thermostat installed inside of my house. Everything was neat and tidy. Very quick efficient work. Very pleased with unit, and the work ethic of these you men!

Bought a new heat pump by York from Skyward. The entire transaction went smoothly. Daniel and Jonathan, the installers, did a great job. I would recommend them if asked. Time will tell how the heat pump performs, but so far it is working as specified. Happy customer, here.

They were flexible with times for the appointments and always showed up when they said they would. The work was well done and Jon was a pleasure to interact with throughout the experience. It was great to have the same person do the quote and the work on our house so there was no question of what needed to be done when he came back.

We originally upgraded our whole HVAC system in our house 5 years ago with Stability Mechanical and had a maintenance contract with them. Skyward reached out to me to let me know they had purchased Stability Mechanical and now had my maintenance contract. They wanted to schedule someone to come out and review my system. I appreciated this proactive call.
The technician who came out, Andrew, was very professional and courteous. He checked our HVAC system and recommended other services if we were interested. He wasn’t pushy nor did he pressure us or try to confuse us.

Zach was fast and efficient. He figured out all parts that would be needed to install a large ice machine in my garage. He went and got everything and installed very professionally and quick. Nice clean job I am proud to show off!

They came out on earlier than expected and did a fantastic job. They even went and picked up our new faucet for us so I didn't have to get the kids out. Highly recommend. They were great.

They repaired one AC unit that had frozen up and replaced another unit that was very old and starting to show problems.

Tara was quick to reply and very helpful in getting me scheduled quickly. Preston came out and assessed my units. He then showed pictures and videos he'd taken of my AC units so I could see for myself the issues that needed addressing.

Daniel and Jonathan came out to make the repairs on one unit and install the other. Daniel and Jonathan were courteous and professional and worked very hard to get me back up and running quickly. After installation, they went over everything with me and asked if I had questions on operating the new unit.

Fantastic experience every step of the way. Top notch company!

We had a wonderful experience from the start Preston came out and helped us see what we needed. He had the replacement scheduled new HVAC in two days. Installers Daniel and Jonathan did an awesome job. Explained everything very professional and polite. The whole process was extremely quick and easy. Thankful with the high temps coming.

Andrew Blair came out yesterday to work on our air units that had previously been checked 3 times prior I believe. I don’t want to give him a 5 star review, he doesn’t deserve that, he deserves a 10 star review!!
After assessing what my complaints have been and sincerely listening to me, he did several different things that needed to be done and amazingly it all worked perfectly!! It has not given us any more problems at all. He also stood out in the rain for the last 30 minutes with just an umbrella to check the 2 units one more time. When he was done he was in his truck putting up his equipment. I went out to thank him and he was soaked from his back pockets of his pants all the way down to his socks. He definitely went above and beyond on his work!! He also told me something that no one else has about filters needed in an area upstairs. He is looking them up for me to order so they will be here when he comes back. Thank you for sending Andrew out, sometimes all that’s needed is a different set of eyes on the problem. He is a great guy and I hope he has a wonderful vacation. He deserves it!!

Last week we had a tankless heater installed. Austin, Canyon and Garry did great work and went above and beyond. Thanks for the great experience.
