Brian was very helpful! Super nice! He took care of our main AC unit's maintenance and also diagnosed problems with our mini split. Very thankful for Eagle Pro; they always take care of us!

Nate M. was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. He kept me informed of what he was doing when checking the HVAC system and the water heater. He replaced a blower motor capacitor, explaining why it was important to do so.
I definitely would recommend Eagle Pro Heating and Cooling.

It was a pleasure talking with Nathaniel. He was great to explain some of the issues that he found, and was very professional about explaining our issues and making recommendations. I am highly pleased with the service from this company and would recommend them to friends and neighbors who want to thorough assessment I’ve purchasing a new unit or pursuing a maintenance contract with this firm.

Nathan did a great job helping me diagnose our house’s A/C issue. He did a thorough inspection and did a great job getting explaining the problem. Highly recommended using Eagle Pro for their quick and friendly professional service.

I had one a free tuneup. And Everyone did great. Brian did good with helping me figure out what needed done. Because my unit was not good at all. Kelvin did great helping me get approved for some help. And the install team did marvelous! They really helped us by finding gas leaks we didnt know we had that had been making us feel kinda sick and didnt know why. And we got the gas company out to fix it right away. They did great with the install and im very happy to be a customer of Eagle Pro! Highly recommended them for your needs! Also Tyler did great with the install of the toilet! Hi I send these company to clean my ducts and they over charge me. for that job other companies charge $ 150.00 the most, they took advantage
of my need and charge me $ 385.00 . I will never used them again, Theft

Jaimie & Derrick took the time to answer all my questions. Professional. First time having maintenance done since we moved in, feeling better about heading into the summer heat! Reasonable and did a thorough job.

My Dad had a significant stroke. During this time, my air conditioner unit stopped working. I was my Fathers caregiver in the hospital and did not have time to stop and address it. It is a stressful time to sit in heat, much less facing a challenge in parallel like a life threatening emergency. I called USAVAC services. A serviceman was on the scene within a hour. Then another joined and my AC unit was repaired and even better than new ! It was a tag team effort to get me and my family back to a more comfortable situation during a very difficult time. My Dad is a United States Army Veteran. They understand the importance of respect and value of lives. We are very grateful for the fast, determined, and dependable service we received. 5 Star service!
