US HVAC is a great company. Our heat went out and they were able to work us in quickly to check our unit and get a new one installed so we were able to stay warm in the very cold temperatures. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend them to anybody that is needed work on their HVAC system.

We initially called just for a quote on an unit that recently died. Jamie was out to the house 2 days later. We got two new units 2 days after that.

Jamie and the team were professional, honest and cleaned up afterwards.

Jamie arrived on time when there was ice and snow on the roads. He performed a system tune-up and provided recommendations to increase efficiency and cost-savings. Jamie is extremely knowledgeable, and he helped me understand his findings and how to manage them in the future. US HVAC sends you a text & email with appt confirmation, a reminder of upcoming appt, then follow up texts with invoice that includes notes from the technician. I am impressed with their service and will use them for all of my HVAC needs!!

The best HVAC company in North Alabama. They came out promptly, were able to quickly identify our issue and had us fixed and warming our home again in an extremely reasonable amount of time. They are professional, trustworthy and honest. I highly recommend them.

The weather was freezing, and there was snow on the roads still, but we are so thankful US HVAC was able to come by and check our system. It took two days to get the job done, but that was because of the weather. The first day, they had to postpone the appointment due to the bad roads, but the second day it worked out. Jamie came out and explained what was happening and took care of it all with haste and professionalism. Was very happy with the experience!

US HVAC is amazing! I live in Colorado and my 80+ year old parents live in Huntsville. My parents were quoted a ridiculously high price to fix their AC by another company. US HVAC came out and diagnosed the problem and only charged around $50 for the service. Being so far from my parents and knowing there is a company that's honest and does quality work is so important. I would recommend US HVAC to any and everyone.

Jamie was professional, courteous, and patient as he investigated and isolated an HVAC drain line leak that caused a steady and significant amount of dampness in a bedroom. He found the broken fitting and glued the PVC and checked for leaks when he was done. Kudos. This is the second time he’s visited us this season for another HVAC issue - and I sincerely appreciate the quick response - same day, both times.

Our HVAC went out last week on the day it just happened to be the coldest to start in 2022. We sat by for nearly three days waiting for our homeowner's insurance to get a technician out to our home to get some repairs that never came. Fortunately, US HVAC Services responded to one of my cold calls and was able to provide me with same day repair estimates (that would not have been worth it since it was completely dead) and an upgraded 15 series HVAC unit that was installed and financed in under 24 hours. They also made one house call after to ensure all equipment and thermostats were working as intended. Great group of guys and service I haven't experienced in a long time!

ACS installed a new heating and cooling system in my home. They arrived on time, worked until the installation was complete and left with everything neat, clean and assembled well. The cost for equipment and installation was very reasonable.

We needed a dehumidifier for our basement. They determined the correct size and had to work out a way to fit it so it could sit near that A/C unit. They did a great job of creating a way for the vent to be installed within the distance required and while fitting it within the weight bearing studs that were in the way of a standard install.

These guys are knowledgeable, professional and do good work. They came in an emergency situation during this cold snap and took care of me. I ended up having to replace the unit, I called around and did some research this company was right on the money with cost. They gave me excellent options and provided great service. Extremely professional, clean and arrived early every time. They cleaned up their work area and explained every process to me. I will be using them to service and if I have future needs.

We needed our units looked at as they were installed many years ago and they have not been maintained. I called ACS to come look at them as we were having some issues. Prices were very reasonable and they even cleaned the units and explained to me how to keep them cleaner and which filters to use so my air quality is better! I have had fewer allergies issues since their visit. Very happy with their knowledge and service. Their techs were polite and kept my house clean and made sure to leave everything perfect.
