If you want an overall great experience for a not so great event such as your AC needing to be repaired or replaced this is the company to call. I initially called another company for service and they canceled last minute on a weekend. I was recommended to call ACS and I was very pleased with the prompt response. They diagnosed the issue, provided me options, and I chose to go with replacement. Robert offered good and reasonable prices for a quality unit. He also was available for any questions I had AC related and beyond at anytime. The team made sure we were well taken care of. I also took advantage of the maintenance service option which to me is a great deal. Thank you Robert, Dave, Nick, and team for getting us cool again.

During a simple fan motor repair they inadvertently incorrectly wired the start compressor resulting in a 2 burnt out compressors. We finally had another company diagnose the HVAC system and find the mistake. During the 1st compressor repair, he did not change out the capacitor, dryer or open and clean the Venturis. He did not acknowledge any possibility of misdiagnosis and tried to charge us for the second repair/replacement even though they were at fault. Stay away from Chris
