ACS was fantastic to work with. They gave me a professional opinion on the problem I had and allowed me to decide how to handle it. I ended up deciding to replace my unit and they had it ordered and installed within 2 days. I felt their price was fair reasonable and am very happy with the work.

ACS has been my go to for 10 years. They are always prompt and efficient as nd let me know what’s happening along the way. They have replaced both my original to the house units at a fair price. I recently had them replace my mother in law’s unit and Robert kept my updated the whole time. It’s great to have a company I can trust and rely on!!

I am updating and reposting this because I have two additional service encounters since my original post. (Neither associated with the installation or quality of the equipment.) Once again I received a prompt and helpful response to my question along with a solution. No drama. The post purchase care has been as good as the installation experience. I will continue to recommend this company.

I highly recommend Mr. Aikens and his team. I received three very detailed options from him within hours of his assessment. He called to review the options with me. His crew showed up early the next morning and worked all day until complete. They left the areas cleaner than when they arrived and removed all debris. I received another call from Robert the next day to make sure I was happy. They went beyond my expectations.

My HVAC system died on me and was looking at a costly repair. Called ACS to come look at the system. They were very responsive and came out to give me high quality options at great prices. I decided to go with their service. The install was smooth. They were able to get everything done in one day but had to come back another day to finish up setting the vent on the roof. I appreciated the attention to detail and ensuring everything was done even if it meant having to come back.

We have used ACS on several HVAC repairs and recently on a major unit replacement. They are without a doubt the best company we have dealt with. Robert and his team responded to us promptly when our heating unit failed a few weeks ago. I contacted him in the evening and although he already had a busy schedule for the next day his team still arrived first thing the next morning to diagnose the problem. They began the installation of a new unit the very next morning and had it in service by early afternoon. As always his team was very thorough, punctual, and professional and all at a good value. I can unreservedly recommend ACS, Inc. In the last couple of years ACS has replaced both my downstairs furnace and my upstairs heat pump. Both installations were done in one day with no problems. The price was very competitive, the quality of the Amana products they used is excellent, and the service from ACS and their employees was absolutely top notch. Both times they came out and completely replaced the units within a few hours of calling them after the old units just quit working. I don't know how it could have been any better. I now also use ACS to perform annual preventive maintenance on both units.

I was very pleased with the service I received from the company at the time my Central Unit went out of service on the coldest time of December before Christmas. Robert came out the next day and investigated the problem and recommended how to solve the problem as soon as possible. Not only did he have his crew install a new central unit on Christmas Eve, but he also saved me a whole lot of money before the end of the year. This company has been very helpful to me and my family for decades, and I have been very pleased with their service.

Our crawlspace that contained our air handler & duct system was attacked by rats and mold. It was a dangerous situation that had to be handled quickly. Robert & his ACS people responded immediately to what was obviously going to be a big and time-consuming job, assessed the situation perfectly, and recommended remediation including a modern HVAC system with metal ducts. They were amazingly efficient & within a few days we had healthy, clean air provided by a perfectly sized system. I will be forever grateful for ACS's quick response. I have signed up for annual maintenance with ACS to avoid this situation again.

Trusted technicians who have provided over a decade of excellent service in two of our homes. Our first home within the first year, we had to replace both units and the air handlers. We were given a better understanding from ACS why our units were struggling based on the quality of our build of our home. They provided better air quality and price compared to other providers at that time.  We had no more issues with our system from then on in that home. When we bought our second home, we knew we would have to completely gut and replace the whole system due to age and inefficiency. ACS helped us maintain our air handler which was having issues for two years before we were ready to replace everything. ACS made sure to construct a more efficient duct system. They corrected the temperature disparities in the house even with the rooms that have high ceilings and the rooms farthest away from the air handler. They were mindful of replacing the system during optimal weather for our indoor comfort when our system was down. Robert worked with us to receive TVA  rebate to better afford our newest system and gave an option for cash discount. I can't say any other HVAC company here in Madison/Huntsville area has held my hand or had my best interest at heart as much as ACS. I continue to recommend them to friends and family. I can't say enough about their thoroughness to satisfy their customers who they treat like family.

So this man, Robert Atkins and His staff at his company goes so way beyond and it just amazing! You see, we had a severe issue last week which caused an emergency situation. I called Mr. Atkins in the middle of the night and he actually picked up the phone!! We discussed the situation and he came out that day! He ordered the equipment and as soon as it arrived, which was the following business day, our new unit was installed! We can't thank him and his crew enough! Great Job ACS!
