Fastest service I have ever experienced. This home is a rental, so I did not oversee the work. I feel certain it was professionally fixed and in a timely fashion. It is cooling as expected.

This company was sent to my house for a service call requested through my Home Warranty company. After determining there was a bigger problem than what they were sent to investigate, they turned in a report that said, "The system was working when they left". The system failed an hour after they left and they would never come back. they told me that they no longer worked with my warranty company after not completing the job. Left me hanging. the warranty company had to send a new contractor to start over. I have been without air now for three weeks because of it and now awaiting parts that might have been available at the time they were originally at my house.
Will never use again.

You absolutely did hear back from me, multiple times about the issue. Even though you knew there was a bigger problem to be dealt with, you informed me that it was working when you left and that you were not coming back. then you told me that you would no longer work wit that warranty company effective that day thus leaving me hanging with a broken system that failed to work within hours of you being there.
As soon as I contacted the warranty company they sent a new company out to help me.

I've been managing rental properties for over ten years. I've scarcely been treated so rudely as I was this morning by the owner of US HVAC this morning. I called Monday morning to request diagnostics and repair of my property's heat. Tuesday afternoon tenant told me that no one showed.

I texted the owner at 5:50 pm Tuesday to ask him why no one had showed. He responded and said he'd forgotten to send someone. Mistakes happen. I get that.

What I don't get is when I contacted the owner on Wednesday morning, he said he DID NOT have me on the schedule today, and whined about the fact that I had texted him "after hours". It was before 6pm! One would think that a BUSINESS OWNER would be mildly apologetic knowing that partly because of HIS MISTAKE, my tenant has been without heat for the past three nights. Nope, not this guy! He candidly told me I should now "call someone else". You know what? Anyone reading this should "call someone else" too!

US HVAC was very responsive to our needs when we really needed it. They worked directly with our insurance company to make sure we received the service and products that were important. We will call them again in the future if needed.

I have purchased and had installed three HVAC systems from US HVAC Services. I have always received prompt curious service and will continue to be a repeat customer.

Jamie was great to work with. He’s honest, shows up on time and provided quality work. He will be our go to for all our HVAC needs!

Our current AC unit was 17 years old and had been acting up for the past 2 or so years. We had Jamie and his US HVAC crew to come out check the old unit and found out we had a board that was bad. They got it up and running till they could install the new unit. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable of the product they installed and trained us on how to use our new thermostat. If you need your unit serviced or replaced don’t hesitate to give US HVAC a call.

Poorly run, terrible business. They don't answer their own phones they send every call to an out of state answering service who just says someone will call you, literally no one called me until I called back the next DAY (still got answering service) but finally got a "technician" call back who didn't know who he was calling, zero details I had explained to the answering service got passed on, and the "technician" started going on about some Home Warranty company.... uh no no no, that is not why I called, I just need HVAC repair. Not a 20 hour wait in 90 degree heat with absolutely zero follow-through.

Edit: See the owners response below. No one at their actual company answers the phones or calls back the people who leave messages with the answering company. You are just pawned off and then they try to sell you a plan. The owner can't even reply to a terrible and ongoing situation (call right now. bet you won't actually get them.) without throwing in ANOTHER sales pitch. What a shady shady business.

And they are right. This time of year, there IS an influx of calls. If you want to see how summertime HVAC offices *should* be handled - go to Blake Brothers. It was like night & day how polite they were. They are who fixed the problem. They answered their own phones and then actually scheduled and then followed through. Amazing that US HVAC cannot manage this.

My AC unit went down due to a burned out fan motor. I called US HVAC Services on a Friday evening, and within an hour of my call I had a service professional come to my house. Jamie was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and did everything in his power to make sure that there was was solution in place before he left. Unfortunately, the needed part had to be shipped, but Jamie assured me that he would track it and let me know as soon as it came in. I know he was on top 9f things because as soon as he knew the part arrived he called me and came right over to install it. Jamie and Derrick had out AC fixed in no time. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone. They are GREAT!!!

I attempted to call this company today regarding an emergency heating situation in my community. The dispatcher was incredibly nice, however; the gentleman who gave me a call back was incredibly rude! He would not allow me to finish speaking, and interrupted me by asking who I work with.. I informed him of my company, and he said they don’t work for that company anymore. Didn’t offer an explanation or an alternative. He didn’t even really say goodbye. This company seems to have good reviews, but that particular technician who I spoke with was not professional. In fact, he acted like I was a nuisance for even attempting to contact them. Also, they would have been paid immediately after performing the work as our company was willing to pay anything necessary to get the problem resolved.

Great all-around experience. Got a call back within 5 minutes of sending a message out, and they met me on time the same day for a quote. The price was more than reasonable, and they did a full replacement within 3 days. I would recommend them to anyone as they will be my first call from here on out.

Jamie came out same day to check out our HVAC. He was very friendly and explained everything. No upsell was attempted. We will definitely use them again.

These guys are always fast and professional! They have helped me multiple times to get my house back from the miserable heat here in Alabama to cool and comfortable!

I contacted Jamie when I woke up and it was obvious my furnace was not working properly. I called and he was here within an hour. I needed a new furnace and he worked to identify the problem, get the parts, and install a new one all in about 24 hours!! I highly recommend this company! Jamie was fast, efficient, and professional.

When my 21 year old HVAC finally died, I went out and got 5 different contractors to bid a new HVAC install for me. Extremely fast and friendly service! We had our yearly service completed today and they noted that our capacitor was broken. They were able to replace it at the time of the service. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for HVAC services!
