Such a phenomenal experience. Called with AC unit acting up, in the middle of the day, and Jeffrie worked us in. He took the time to assess and explain what options were. First class service, and then he came back later than evening, to update the system! 5 stars.

Jeffrey was nice and quickly figured out all the issues. He was also not afraid to climb into our tiny cave of a crawl space where the opening is so small many people wouldn't even fit. Big ups

Steven was very patient and explained everything very well that even I, an unknowledgeable individual, could understand what was wrong and what needed to be done to help fix. And he did a wonderful job fixing our air conditioner, I can feel it now as I sit here writing this review. They acted quick in responding to my call and Steven was very helpful, I appreciate the service done!

My experience with Air Outlook was disappointing and costly. I initially contacted them for a repair, but their assessment completely missed a critical issue. The previous installation by Air Outlook was botched, resulting in a kinked refrigerant line that prevented proper charging. This oversight led to additional expenses of $3,000, which could have been avoided if Air Outlook had diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly from the start. Instead, their assessment pointed to non-existent issues, misleading me into further expenses and the risk of another compressor failure. I regret relying on Air Outlook's expertise and would caution others to seek more reliable HVAC services elsewhere. I contacted the owner to explain the mistake from their crew, he was cordial in his communication and accepted this crew missed this diagnostic which would have cost my an additional $8000 had I gone with their estimate to fix.

Work was completed in a timely manner. Areas were left clean. Minor issue was quickly addressed. Good communication throughout the entire process.

Air Outlook came out to do a winter service on our split system. Trey did an excellent job explaining the process and his findings.

Air Outlook did the most comprehensive analysis of our HVAC system that I have ever experienced. Trey was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job of reviewing all the details of our system and explaining the results. The service plan is very reasonably priced and provides excellent coverage for our system. We were quite pleased with our first experience with Air Outlook.

Air Outlook was amazing! Steven, Joel and the team were great! They diagnosed multiple problems, worked in really tight places and greatly increased our ability to control the temperature of our house. Extremely knowledgeable, personable, and efficient!
