BIG SHOUT OUT to Jonah and Slater over at Integrity Services. These two guys did the best ductwork replacement installation. They were professional, on time (thank you) and worked quietly and efficiently. First rate! I will update with photos if I get the opportunity.

We are very happy with the entire experience working with Integrity Services. Consultant Brian answered all our questions and gave us a great selection of product choices. He even applied an end of quarter discount after he sent out the original quotes. The installation crew was very professional and did a great job. We would highly recommend Integrity for anyone in the Madison area!

Integrity Services Heating and Cooling rescued me from the cold. My hvac system was dead and needed to be replaced. I only wish that I had contacted them first. My sister told me to call Integrity and they did not disappoint. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone needing hvac service.

Josh did an excellent job of quickly determining the source of a problem with my HVAC system. He provided a fee temporary solution and explained what steps could be taken for a long term fix.
I have excellent spatial memory, but Josh’s exceeded mine in terms of knowing what rooms se stood above in the attic.
His explanations were concise and clear.

So far, our experience with Integrity has been very good. Justin came out and assessed our current system and made recommendations for a comparable unit with the added features we needed. Kevin and Slayter did the install. Both were very polite, answered all our questions, and cleaned up very well after the install. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend integrity.

Called Integrity at 3:00PM on a Saturday afternoon about no cool air coming out of vents. I was told a tech would call me tomorrow before heading over.

Derek called at 7:30AM Sunday morning saying he was an hour away. He showed up exactly an hour later and got the problem diagnosed and fixed within 45 minutes. No nonsense, no pushy sales or up-charging. He was extremely professional, helpful and easy to work with. Very reasonable cost and top notch service, especially for a weekend call. Highly recommend Integrity and will definitely use them again in the future.

Paden did an excellent job servicing our AC units. Explained everything he was doing and gave helpful suggestions. He was even nice enough to entertain our pup while he was here working.

We had the best experience ever from Integrity A/C and heating company. Mr. Michael exemplified customer service truly to the next level. He was so professional and knowledgeable about his craft. Bo and Slater did an excellent job installing the new HVAC system. They were very professional and did great work cleaning up the workspace at the end of the day. Having to replace your HVAC system is very stressful, but the entire process with Integrity Services was super smooth.

Excellent service. Had another reputable company come out when I had an issue. Company quoted me a price to repair leak but wanted a second opinion. I spoke with Michael the service manager about my concern and he walked me through the process. Integrity waived my service fee and fixed my problem cheaper than the other company would have done it for. Very friendly technician and wonderful support from this team. I highly recommend Integrity and they may now have a customer in me moving forward.

In July 2024, we had to purchase a whole new unit. I wanted to wait until today to post a review to see how our system performed. They were very helpful and ready to address any issues. Their technicians are personable, competent, and efficient. Bryan was great when he came in January to do our maintenance and so was the tech who was here 7/7/25. They followed up from appointments and continued to maintain our unit. We have had no issues. They are local smaller business in Madison, AL that deserves all the support. If you’re looking for a new system, need a repair or yearly maintenance you should give them a call.

Justin was awesome with designing my new Trane system. Answered all of my questions and seemed to always be available. You can’t say that about all sales guys. He was able to provide me with a written estimate THE SAME DAY and explain everything in a manner I could understand.

Maggie in the office was always a pleasure to talk with. She called every morning to let me know when the guys left the shop.

A week and a half later the guys showed up for the install. Kevin and Danny exceeded my expectations! They explained everything they were doing, courteous, respectful of my property and family, and my dogs even liked them! They chose to stay until 8pm the last day of the install to ensure my family had cold air during the heat advisory. I can’t say that many other companies would have done that for their customers.

10/10 recommend Integrity Services for their HVAC needs. Replacing HVAC systems is large (and necessary) investment, but I feel confident that we chose the right company for the job.

Nathan the owner, returned my call late on a Friday night. The next day Michael showed up at 8am on a Saturday morning (as scheduled) diagnosed my issue and provided the necessary service to have my system functioning as planned. I have replaced both my upstairs and downstairs units with Integrity and they have provided the best customer care/service. I've been using Integrity Services since we moved into our new home going on 4 years now. They've always been Jonny-on-the-spot when it can to servicing my already decrepit HVAC unit (2). My upstairs unit finally bought the farm which requires full replacement. They were very understanding and genuinely sympathized with my situation. They sent Brain out to quote me a new unit and he was extremely thorough with the servicing requirements of the spaces upstairs. He generated multiple quotes for various options at different price points for my home. Since the downstairs unit was just as old, if not older and with a dead capacitor that somehow still kicked started the unit and died afterwards, I asked how much a full replacement of both would cost. He was quick to rework the downstairs into the proposal, which he already measured prior (being thorough), and we were off to the races. Install day came, two crews arrived, and they knocked it out of the park. All of them were very friendly, pofessional, and were just as thorough with their work installing both systems for upstairs and downstairs. It was quite the undertaking, requiring the entire day from 8am to just after 7pm to do. One guy worked with a prior back injury (not from my job) and he still showed up and powered through for hours before having to tap out and get another person to replace him. My wife and I felt so bad for him, and hope he gets well soon. Were very happy with the level of support, and then going the extra mile to make sure everything was dress-right-dress. I can't write out all the things they did in addition to just installing the new units, but they made sure the copper pipes leading into the downstairs unit didn't put pressure on the louvers of the HVAC closet door, making sure there was an inlet in the drain so we could do preventative drain treatment with cleaning vinegar (condensation backed up and flooded prior, which they also fixed in a past job). Cleaning the house of any tracked fiberglass insulation, dust, etc. accumulated from the work, running multiple checks and tests to make sure everything was to spec, and so much more.

Integrity still impresses after-the-fact by being Jonny-on-the-spot again to come back and install backplates for the thermostats to hide paint lines and blemishes under the old units. They are top quality and can't recommend them enough. They even continue to answer any questions I have after-the-fact as well! To say were very satisfied customers is to say nothing.

Brian was the one who worked up the proposal. And the install specialists were John, Tray, Bill, and Cody. I may be forgetting others as there were two full crews and the poor fellow with the back injury. They are all the MVP and GOAT!

Integrity Services has been our HVAC maintenance provider for at least 15 years. This year our main HVAC system needed replacing and we opted to replace the duct work at the same time and add the Trane CleanEffects unit. We opted for one of the higher efficiency Trane units which meant getting a new thermostat as well. We also had the new ductwork AeroSealed.

The project started on Monday and was completed on Friday. They probably could have finished up on Thursday, but our personal schedule only allowed them short work days on Tuesday or Thursday.

We are very happy with the crew(s)--Bo, Cody, Joneh, Danny, Kevin, and John (hope I didn't miss anyone). I say crews because not everyone was working every day...but they were here working as needed.

The men were courteous, professional, efficient, and kept us informed throughout each day and through out the process. Every day they cleaned up after themselves--except one day I told them one of the areas did not need to cleaning (since they would be back messing up the area again the next day).

Justin (manager) walked us through the initial proposal options before the job was agreed to and periodically checked on us during the install process. Needless to say this was not a cheap project...at least 3 men working each day for the 5 days.

We are very happy with Integrity Services.

Bo and Dan went above and beyond to make sure we were up and running again. These guys came out and installed a new HVAC unit for us, as ours had finally decided to quit after 21 years. Bo and Dan were very kind and made sure to answer any questions or concerns we might have throughout the installation process. They also done a very great job of cleaning up after themselves. Integrity Services will definitely have my business for the coming years. Also thanks to Micheal for coming out on the weekend and doing the diagnostic work on the old unit.

Paden came for our bi-annual check-up and was very thorough in his work. He explained to us we will have an upcoming need for a soft start add-on, but that it wasn’t urgent. We didn’t feel pressured and appreciated his professionalism. Thanks Paden!
