We got a new Trane HVAC system and new duct work done under our crawl space. Bo & Slater did a GREAT job with the install. They worked hard and did a GREAT job on both. I would highly recommend Integrity to anyone needing a brand new system and duct work.

A genuine pleasure to work with everyone associated with Integrity Services. The sales guy, Brian, was courteous, knowledgeable and incredibly patient answering all my questions. The installation team, Bill and Dan, showed up right on time and did a superb job getting everything up and running for us ... and in less time than expected. I didn't get her name, but the lady in the office was also very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Oh by the way, the product seems to be as good as advertised and expected as well!

We purchased a completely new system from Integrity in 2021, and although I don’t usually write reviews, they truly deserve one. Since the installation, they’ve also handled all of our maintenance, and over the years I’ve consistently been impressed with their service and professionalism.
One thing I really appreciate is how easy they make communication—they send text reminders for maintenance, and I can even schedule appointments through text, which is incredibly convenient. Because of how great our experience has been, I also signed up for Integrity to maintain my mom’s unit at her home. After working with them for several years now, I can confidently say they’re reliable, responsive, and a company I trust.

Another outstanding experience with the Lee Company home maintenance plan! Their plumbing service technician, Zachary, was extremely courteous and professional. He performed thorough inspections of all of my faucets, water connections, water pipes, exterior spigots and water heater. It is nice to have peace of mind knowing that my plumbing is in good shape.

Outstanding as usual. Had to get a gas line repaired on our fireplace. Had a time between 2-4. Jack called about 2:45 and said he’s on the way. Showed up, very professional and got us fixed up in 45 minutes. Lee Co is our go-to for everything, they’re not happy until you are. Sometimes you really do pay for what you get.

Lee Company did some significant repairs for us after we had a pipe freeze and burst. They did the work very well. A few weeks after the work was completed, we noticed a crack in the ceiling. I contacted them, and they were very prompt in coming back to fix the issue. Steve did a great job, and he was concerned that we were satisfied. I would recommend Lee Company for your household repairs and electrical issues. They have consistently done a good job for us.

I purchased and had a home backup generator installed on my property, as well as 7 (whole oroperty) surge protectors. They were AWESOME! Cameron was the lead, and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional install. My experience has been excellent.

Lee Company has been working with me to fix my home for the last few months. I am a happy customer! They will send you pictures of everything they do before and after and thoroughly explain their work and costs to complete it all.

Lee Company was a great help when needing a new unit . Mr Harrison and Mr Steve were great people . Mr Harrison gave me a really great price for our new unit and was very honest and upfront . Mr Steve the technician helped me understood the severity of my old unit to be replaced and was very helpful . Next day the technicians who installed my unit were very friendly and respectful when entering my home and they did an excellent job installing my new unit . Thank you Lee company for your services and will definitely give another call when needing something fix!

Lee Company shut my power off @8am and it's now NOON, still no power.

There's no Lee Company Associate on site.
We have 3 fridges and 3 small children at home -including an infant.

I was told a generator was NOT NECESSARY and would take under 2 hours.

I was told at 9:30 am by the associate on site he would be completed in 5 mins.

I haven't seen anyone since.

I am completely satisfied and happy with the annual maintenance performed on our generator. The technician was on time, thorough, and answered all of my questions. Kudos on a job well done.

Very pleased with the work on my older home - plumbing replaced the old cast iron drain pipes, electricians updated my service panel, and Service tech Brandon with HVAC has maintained my furnace and A/C in top form on the Maintenance Agreement. The workers have been careful and tidy as well as polite and efficient. Best all around home maintenance.

Definitely glad I called Lee Company! On the coldest night of the season (so far) and knowing it was going to be colder, my almost 3 year old heating unit was not giving me warm air! I called Lee Company and they sent Zach out that day. He was very professional, knew what he was talking about and best of all got our heat working within minutes! It was our thermostat, just a wire needed to be attached. I ended up signing up for the maintenance service. I would recommend Lee Company and Zach!

He took about 20 minutes to inspect it and we were not charged for his service that was nice and a very nice guy

When our HVAC unit died this past week, I called Lee Company to install a new system. From sales to install, I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Lee Company provides the very best service and knowledgeable people! The representatives are personable and take the time to explain things. They are on time and if they are running late they call and make you aware of their new arrival time. We have been using Lee Co for quite a few years and while they may not be the least expensive in this industry, I feel like they provide real value for their services. We will continue to use Lee Co.!
