Kevin and Cody provided exceptional service for our new heat pump installation. They showed up on time and were considerate and courteous from start to finish. They were very careful to not damage walls as they were moving the huge pieces up and down the stairs. Several times they checked in with us to let us know the progress and explain certain features of our new system.

We are very pleased with the job they did. Integrity Services as a whole company was wonderful to work with. Derrick came out the same morning we called to diagnose the problem. When it was too expensive to repair on such an old unit, he called Justin who came out within 30 minutes to discuss our options. Less than 24 hours later, Kevin and Cody were here to install our new heat pump. Excellent service all around!

Several years of reliable service. When units finally were no longer cost effective to repair they did an excellent job replacing with new equipment.

The technician who helped me was great. Very knowledgeable in explaining the support he was providing to my unit and he provided good overall customer service to help maintain my HVAC. This is why i’ve chosen to stick with Integrity Services as a loyal customer.

I had two systems that were replaced. I also did the Aeroseal treatment done on my ductwork. The guys that came out were friendly, professional, and focused. They explained the steps and coached me up on the new thermostats. Hats off to Derek, Kevin, Jonah, John and Cody. Lots of hard work

Purchased new Trane Heat Pump System to replace my 20 year old Trane unit. Bo, Cody and Trey were very professional and installed and tested the new system that is working perfectly. I am very well pleased and highly recommend Integrity Services.

Ok…I never looked at an HVAC unit and thought “wow that is beautiful” but this TRANE is really nice and makes my house look better! Who knew?! This is my second HVAC unit with Integrity Services- their name says it all- honest and very reasonably priced. If you’re having HVAC issues you need to ask for Michael to service your unit. Truly no one as knowledgeable or capable and zero hard sell. My TRANE installers -John and Isaiah- are meticulous in their craft and took the time to not only install with precision but were also mindful of it looking as perfect as possible. (A note to Justin and Nathan- all 3 deserve a nice lunch!) 😉😊 Liz

My HVAC system was working fine, but since we bought our house new and have living here for 8+ years we thought it might be prudent to get our entire 2-system HVAC checked out. Bottomline: When the HVAC technician started checking/testing one of our systems it would not longer operate as usual. It was working fine prior to any work being done on it. He determined that the capacitor on it had coincidentally went bad on it. Now I have a broken system that I will need to fix myself since they were going to charge an additional $350-$400 to purchase a replacement capacitor through them. I knew that I could purchase a replacement capacitor locally for around $40-$50 and get it installed in 5 or 10 minutes myself. The HVAC inspection service cost us $169 for first system and $99 for the 2nd smaller system for a total of $268 for a system that became INOPERABLE after an INSPECTION! Very, very disappointed and NOT happy!

Integrity cleaned and sealed my ducts which had multiple leaks that were causing HVAC performance issues and excessive condensation. They improved the seals up to ~90% in a 60+ year old house and we are already seeing a difference. Kevin was a professional from the time he arrived to the time he left and ensured everything was working as expected. Thank you to Integrity Systems!

Purchasing a new, quality, made in the U.S. system is a gut punch to the savings account. I got 3 quotes from local businesses. They’re all about the same with how they price and the levels of pricing (bronze/silver/gold/platinum) and additional warranty coverage for purchase. I ended up deciding on a Trane system. These guys made it less painful for me to swallow buying and A/C system for the price of a sedan. The salesman was down to earth and did a great job educating me with options and without pressure. They offered me a very competitive proposal. The install team were pros in every sense of the term. They were polite, efficient, and they cleaned up every day before they left (2 day job). When a couple of small issues arose, they handled them in a way that gave us peace of mind in an already stressful situation (living in 90 degree heat for 4 days without A/C). I will recommend Integrity to anyone that asks for an opinion.

Integrity Services did a great job installing a new Air Conditioner a few years ago. Today Paden did an inspection. He shared great information on how my HVAC system is working. Paden was very knowledgeable and courteous.

I had a system installed yesterday and Isaiah and John did an awesome job. They showed up on time and didn’t leave until the job was complete and cleaned up as they went along. They went above and beyond with some extra things they had to do for the system to be safe and tested the system before calling it a day. They walked me thru how to use the new thermostat and answered any questions I had thru the entire process. I highly recommend this company and especially these installers.

Derek with Integrity Services Heating & Cooling was professional, friendly, and communicative. He provided all the services as expected in a timely manner, and answered all my questions. He was even patient and kind when my dogs barked incessantly at him! He had a smile on his face the whole time he was here. I would definitely recommend Integrity Services, AND I’d recommend Derek! Photos are of him going into our crawl space, and then saying goodbye with a smile and a wave :-).

UPDATE 6/5/2025: We bought a new home, and we had Derek do an HVAC inspection. Unfortunately, we discovered that we’d need a new system. Derek was able to get Justin, one of their salesman, out to the property within the hour to discuss options. Justin was informative, patient, and extremely kind. We made a decision, and they were able to schedule the new system install within a few days. The install team, Kevin, Jonah, and Cody came out yesterday. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. They did everything as expected, and left the house clean. I can’t say enough good things about this company! We will continue doing business with them at our new property to help our new HVAC system live a long and happy life!

When the downstairs unit quit working I called Keith at Veteran Handyman Services for a referral. They had been doing repairs on my son's home getting it ready to put on the market. He highly recommended Integrity. The serviceman, Ken checked the unit, took photos of the problems & thoroughly explained them. I asked him to also check the upstairs unit & he found a small problem with the ratio of pressure & I told him to make all necessary repairs. Ken had gone over the various warranty length & prices in detail before my decision. I was extremely pleased with his explanations of the problems & the price I paid. I would strongly recommend Integrity for all heating & cooling repairs. Thank you, Ken, for being so personable, thorough & doing a great job.

UPDATE: We had to get a new unit. Maggie made scheduling easy. I had to postpone last minute and she was able to accommodate me. Cody and Jonah got me up and running and took the time to go through everything with me, even setting me up on the app. They cleaned up after themselves too! They were thorough and knowledgable.

Ken performed an annual service for my AC unit. He called on his way which I appreciate. Very polite and easy to work with. He was very thorough and answered my questions about the unit.

Derek did a thorough, professional job of troubleshooting my A/C problem and replacing the defective part. I wholeheartedly recommend him and Integrity Services to anyone! I also recommend the every 6-month preventative maintenance program that they offer.

I needed a new HVAC system installed. I contacted a few places, but it was obvious that Integrity was the way to go. They had fair, affordable pricing and a great financing plan. Bo and Kevin did a fantastic job of installing the condenser, air handling unit, installing new duct work, etc. They worked very hard and efficiently. I definitely recommend Integrity if you have any HVAC needs.

Integrity always does a great job on HVAC preventative maintenance appointments. They’re friendly and quick. Ben was my technician and he did a wonderful job cleaning out my outside unit during the appointment.

Integrity has consistently met all our needs. We purchased a brand new system and they go the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. They are very responsive and easy on the pocket. The technicians are very knowdgable and when they leave, I know my system is in tip top shape. It is great to have a trustworthy business on the side of the community.

Cody and Jonah, were prompt, courteous and extremely neat and clean. They installed new duct work in our attic for an extension on a porch conversion to a four-season room and we couldn't be happier with the service they performed. On a separate note, on completion of the room Bill and Cody returned to hook up the vents and to also clean out DRYER VENT, they did an amazing job. A great company to work with, with great employees form scheduling to completion of the job. Highly recommend Integrity Services.

We had three units installed late last week, and the project took two days to complete. On the first day, Michael, Nathan, and Randall did an outstanding job installing two of the three units. The following day, John C. and Isiah installed the third unit and made sure everything was running smoothly. Everyone involved in the project was excellent—professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Integrity Services for any heating and cooling needs.
