Very pleased with the work Trey did to fix our AC. He explained what needed to be done clearly enough for us to understand. He fixed and cleaned our unit, checked our ductwork and patched several holes, showing us before and after photos. Thank you for your professionalism.

Air Outlook installed the HVAC in the home I purchased a year before I purchased the home. Since then they have been maintaining the system with biannual visits. They also upgraded my thermostat for me to a smart one. So far I’m happy with the work that they do and I appreciate the extra time to install the new thermostat which is helping regulate the upstairs/downstairs temperatures.

Called them first thing when they opened and they had a someone at the house fixing my air in less than an hour. In a two hour window, I made a call, they had someone here and they fixed the issue with my system. Jeff was tremendously helpful ask about the annual service plan.

Jeffrey was great, honest and straightforward. Provided options, from temporary solutions all the way through total replacement. Will by my 100% go to for my HVAC needs.

Trey came out to do my 6 month maintenance service. He explained everything throughly and took his time. I didn’t feel like he was trying to rush to other jobs. Greatly appreciate your work.

Had Air Outlook out for a home warranty service call (24 year old system; coil freezing over/no cold air) at my condo. Very responsive. Great communication. Tech (Jeffrey Ranshaw) was very professional, efficient, friendly and willing to answer all my questions AND explain what was going on. Would definitely recommend them. I only had to pay my warranty service fee, so I can't speak to pricing).

Fast forward 4 months...

Fastest HVAC install ever. On time. Professional. Willing to work with their customers. Great warranty. Great service. Everyone I've dealt with from Air Outlook has been exceedingly helpful and the epitomy of courteous and professional. And they held to a 4 month old proposal for a replacement heat pump and air handler. Even though I had other estimates, I chose them because of how they treat their customers.

Steven was dispatched to diagnose the issue with my propane heater and arrived with good vibes - I felt like I’d known him forever upon arrival. Just a knowledgeable, nice guy, and a straight shooter. He took the time to figure out if the parts were under warranty for me and THEY WERE!! He saved me $1K by taking the time to go above and beyond and check on this.

I would be remiss not to mention Kayla - what a delight. I can tell she’s running the show over there, squared away, knowledgeable and pleasant.

We had air outlook come out when our AC seemed to be struggling this past summer. Very easy to schedule and fast. Jeffrey was nice and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he explained things in detail and did a really thorough job making sure what the problem area was. He was upfront and honest about the price and gave me worst case scenario first. We signed up for their membership which did save us money on the repair and Trey did a great job a few months later when he came to do a full review of the system. So far they’ve been a great company to work with!

They showed up on time and got the job done. Trey, the technician was professional, personable, and thorough in explaining to me in detail what was going on with our system. His knowledge of and pride in his trade was evident. He was able to answer every inquiry and broke it down in laymen's terms. Didn't try to oversell me anything. Air Outlook HVAC installed a new Gas pack HVAC 6 months ago, I had 4 estimates and HANDS DOWN they beat every other competitor, not only in price but in system quality, AND service !
First, Steven came to give me an estimate, he inspected & explained everything then gave me a detailed written estimate (along with photos of my current system), along with 3 options… so detailed and addressed all my concerns. He spent so much time with me that I felt like he was family by the time he left… and I was very confident in my decision. Installation went smoothly…
Fast forward 6 months later (a couple days ago) Trey came by for my winter maintenance… AGAIN, I cannot express how blown away I was by the outstanding customer service I received. Trey was so kind, respectful & truly cared about the work he was doing!
All I can say is that Air Outlook are true ambassadors to how customer service should be!
I HIGHLY recommend these folks, they are honest, hard working & take customer satisfaction seriously!

Jonah and Cody did a great job on our new system install! Very happy with the attention to details on what was needed for proper install was my deciding factor! Brian quickly and clearly answered all my questions.

My HVAC stopped working at around 7pm and the very next morning Integrity was able to get someone out to fix it. They sent Derek. He was polite, knowledgeable, and fixed the system all while explaining clearly what he was doing and what had happened.
