Exactly how customer service should be!
They had to reschedule the first appointment but they called in advance, put me first on the list for the next day, and generously gave me a discount even though it was not going to cause me a hardship and I didn't request a discount. Mike showed up on time and ready to help. He was gracious enough to explain the issues in a manner that I could easily understand. He did not talk over my head with detailed explanations of the flux capacitor. He offered multiple options to fit my budget and discussed available discounts through the service plan, military, etc. I never felt like he was padding the bill or charging me for any unnecessary repairs. He made very thoughtful safety recommendations and explained the "why" behind his recommendations. I am definitely going to use this company for all my electric service needs. They will even service our hot tub and our generator! I am blown away with our first interaction since I thought gold-plated customer service was a thing of the past but Superior Service is aptly named and truly superior. Thanks, Mike! You're a godsend!

Noah did an Outstanding Job replacing the transformer in my home. He also did a great job of explaining in detail the different Plan options they offer and have available for my electrical needs.

Appointment about upgrade fuse boxes to breaker box for insurance requirements. Technician was great. Explained all options and went over them and the costs. Explained what I could have done at a later date. Was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company.

The technicians that came to our house were very professional and courteous. They worked very hard to resolve the issues we were having and did so in a timely manner. We would recommend them to anyone that needs an electrician.

We had a power surge that caused a lot of damage. Superior service answered quickly and sent Dylan and AJ out to diagnose the problem and provide a path forward. They even called us back after office hours and set us up with an appointment first thing the next day. Dylan and AJ did an excellent job problem-solving and quickly got us back up and running. They inspected all of our electronics and circuits to make sure everything was working properly before they left. We will never call anyone else!

I would highly recommend Michael. He was very trustworthy in dependable. He took on a pretty hard task of hanging a chandelier from 20 foot ceiling in my foyer And it turned out amazing!

Would not use them again. For the amount they charge, I would have expected better service. We had several lights installed, along with a few outlets. After completion of the service, we discovered multiple areas of drywall damage that had to be repaired by one of their sub contractors. Also one of the larger flush mount lights was left sagging in the kitchen which I then had to repair myself. They chose to install one of my can lights touching a security sensor as well. Honestly for the price that I paid I was expecting really high level work, but did not receive it. I would likely not recommend them.

I was so impressed I called their office to praise them. So professional. Dylan and AJ were wonderful. Knew when they were coming, sent a photo of the tech, they explained everything so throughly. Were great to my 14 year old dog. I cant say enough about Dylan and AJ. I will be referring them and using Superior Service always!

Noah and Jacob did an excellent job changing out existing light fixtures. They were detailed in their work, so respectful and and cleaned up after they finished the job. They wanted everything to be right and complete.
