Reliable came out today and were very patient with us, as we didn't know where our tank was. They were kind and pleasant and did a great job. They didn't leave until they were sure we were happy. Highly recommend these guys!!

Reliable Septic is a very honest company. I thought I was dealing with a septic tank issue, but Sandra pointed me to a great plumber that fixed my problem. I previously called another popular septic tank company and they quoted me $11K to replace the entire septic tank with a pump which was never needed. Thank you Sandra for being honest and recommending the plumber that only charged me $600. I will always use Reliable Septic if I ever need septic service.

Reliable Septic is just what their name says, Reliable! This company will provide quality work in a timely manner. They will do their best to meet the customer expectations and ensure that the customer is satisfied.

DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR A SEPTIC INSPECTION! Looking inside it from the cleanout access and seeing that the water level is right was all their inspection consisted of. They didn’t open the lid of the tank or use a camera to inspect anything for cracks or damage. They DO NOT check the inlet or outlet to make sure there’s no blockage. I’m dealing with major plumbing issues at the inlet to the tank because of this! My realtor won’t be using them anymore because it’s not a thorough inspection like many other companies offer.

We hired Superior Electric to install a new electrical panel and upgrade our existing breakers. Dylan and Colby came out to perform the electrical service upgrade, and they both were friendly and courteous. Dylan explained everything thoroughly so that we were aware of every step in the installation and upgrade. We are very impressed and happy with the service. The most professional and reliable electrical service company I have come across! I've called about 10 different electrical services companies in the past five months trying to get estimates on repair work, most of which never got back to me or told me they would come do an evaluation and then never show up. Not only did the owner message me right away after I put up a post on Facebook looking for referrals, but he also responded to my message right away and got me on the schedule the very same week!

Based on some great reviews, we called Superior Service Electric. Our technician, Dylan, was professional, conscientious, & knowledgeable. He was able to identify and show us some potential safety issues with our 50-year-old electrical service quickly. After his inspection, he thoroughly explained his findings from the 11-point evaluation. He then provided a very fair set of estimates - we opted to have his crew do all the work suggested, including replacing the old sservice panels. The work was completed on schedule as outlined. The site was left cleaner than he found it.Trust this company. We’ve lived in a lot of houses in five states over the decades, and this is one of the best electrical contractor companies we’ve encountered. Shout out to Colby, Dylan’s assistant, on all 3 days.
