The service was amazing from beginning to end. The office staff was so nice and the process was seamless. Dylan was awesome. He got my generator serviced and running perfectly and even helped with outlets and hiding my tv cables! The prices were completely reasonable. I would highly recommend them ❤️

Dylan was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and provided a quote for my requirements while he was there. There was one task I want immediately, and he had it done in less than 45 minutes. He even vacuumed up the debris from the work he did.
I recommend this company to anyone looking to have electrical work done.

Dylan was kind and very helpful. He gave me a quote for the service (had to move my stove plug for a new stove) and explained the difference in price as well as the safety. He did a whole house review and explained issues with my electrical. Definitely going to be calling again

Noah did a fantastic job on the lengthy list of changes I wanted. My place no longer feels like a cave, I have better air circulation, my entire panel is surge protected and I have remote controls to make operations more convenient for me. It was a very long day for him but he persevered through it all.

Called Saturday. Man told me $99 fan installation M-F and $109 after hours. Did NOT say the $99 was a service call. Prices were outrageous. I am changing my rating to 5 ⭐️ because after lengthy conversations with the owner, it is quite apparent that he truly cares about his customers. It was a learning experience for both of us and I’m sure some changes will be made. However, I caution any prospective customers to speak directly with a business employee and not the answering service for information.

The following is a post I wrote last year, but apparently never sent it.
Superior has been my go-to electricians for about 5 years for many remodel jobs and other miscellaneous improvements to my house. They have always been very professional and courteous from the ladies setting the appointments to the technicians doing the work. Dylan came out on an annual service call today and on other jobs previously. He did a very thorough inspection and provided good information about the status of my electrical system. I highly recommend this company.

Dylan and his partner were absolutely amazing. The company itself not so much I schedule an appointment confirm the appointment you'd think I'm good. I got 8 phone calls 7 emails 6 text messages. If not for all the harassment I would have given a 5 star review. I'm giving 1 star because of the office staff. Again, Dylan was AMAZING. He and his partner were professional, helpful and completed the job quickly and explained everything to me. The entire office staff doing all that calling, texting and emailing should be fired immediately. I've worked in management over 30 years I would not implement this type of harassment and would fire anyone who found this necessary. I had planned on paying the service charge and finding someone else but Dylan was so kind and helpful he saved the job. Do better.
