Someone was supposed to have came out to inspect my septic tank/ system. Never saw anyone, but the lady I talked to on the phone was very professional. She called the first time and let me know they were busy. I didn't get a call the second time though.

Had a appointment for a free estimate which they never came out. They call me and said they was coming out the next day and still didn't show up. Very disappointed.

They were safe and knowledgeable about what they were doing and gave me some advice for my blockage or break in my septic line. Reliable Septic of Mt Olive, Alabama provided the septic tank inspection for us when buying our house. Fast forward to present, an honest company informed me that our septic tank is rotted beyond repair. It was something that would have failed inspection, should Reliable Septic have been an honest company that performed their duties on behalf of the home purchaser less than beguiling the interests of the seller and collective, thirsty realtors. Avoid.

Top notch service, very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. We called another service to clean our tank and they never showed. After calling to find another company, I got 5 prices. They were the least expensive. They were flexible with my schedule and arrived early. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Overall good work! Stars not rewarded due to having to put back a few yard items that were moved. Fire pit was disturbed and I will have to rebuild it. Many parts of the yard were damaged with tire ruts. It would have been nice if there were an effort made to correct. The man in charge was very polite. I would recommend but be sure to monitor the clean up.

It’s tough to find honest, quality people in this business from my limited experience, but Reliable definitely fits that bill. After being ripped off by one of their competitors, they came in and fixed the problem, while fitting me in their tight schedule at a fair price.

When a company called 'Reliable Septic Service' schedules an appointment for service on a Monday then never shows up or calls to discuss changing your appointment, clearly their business name is a joke. And when they but scheduled you another appointment for that Friday but never informed you that they rescheduled your appointment, clearly their business name is a joke. And when you ask what time is that appointment on Friday and they can't even tell you when to expect your service, clearly the entire business is a joke.
At that point I canceled my service and anything to do with this company so I can only comment on how unreliable they are to actually perform the work. I surely wasn't going to trust them with my money to actually do the work on my septic sysyem.

We used them for installation of our septic tank. Originally the septic was to be placed behind the house and due to weather conditions the scheduling became problematic and instead of the septic being installed first our home was scheduled to be delivered before the septic. Before the home was delivered we asked if that would affect our septic being installed behind our home and we were told "No" and reliable would still be able to install it behind the house. But when they came to install our septic we were informed that not only would the location be in front of our house but reliable would need to install sump pumps in order for the waste to reach the tank. Which would increase the price. Also, when we had the land prepared for our home, we had set space in front for parking and because of the pumps we lost over half the parking. Had they told us that there would be a problem with the location we could have scheduled for the home to be delivered after the septic was installed but we were told "it would be no problem". Things happen and we understand that. It is what it is. Our problem is that when it came time for us to finish paying we had some unexpected expenses and we told Jason that we would take care of it as soon as possible. My wife stayed in touch with him and never avoided his texts or calls. Unfortunately, she had told him that we would make a payment on a specific date but we ended up not being able to do so. We felt terrible that things happened and we couldn't pay him. Some 6-7 days later he sends her text threatening to have the health department condemn our home and get us evicted, leaving me, my wife and our 2.5yr old twins homeless!!!! Now, I understand taking us to court, etc. I would expect that but for Jason to text my wife and threaten to harm my family is going to far. I had to borrow the money from a family member until I could get access to money I have been setting aside my our twins and our future granddaughter from my bank. The only thing that is "reliable" about Jason and the company is that they will get paid! He is a joke and worthless human being for threatening harm to another man's family!

We've had a slow septic system in our house since we moved in 4 years ago. 6 months after moving in I had a company come out to diagnose and was told it could be "this, that or the other" for costs that ranged from $500 to $3000 (they wouldn't know until they started digging). I'm not keen on giving someone permission to do work and charge me whatever they see fit after the work is done and since our problems were only during heavy rain we decided to change our water usage habits and hold off on repairs.

3 years later and the problem started to get worse so we called for a second opinion from Reliable Septic. The guys were on my property for less than 3 minutes and told me what the problem was, what the solution would be and the exact price. I was a little nervous with how quickly they diagnosed the problem without digging, but decided to give them a chance since the price was right.

When they were done I had a dirt mound in the yard about 15'-20' long and a few shallow ruts but nothing I would call excessive for the work they performed. I had the yard leveled out with a couple hours of work and the grass has almost filled in the patch where the trench was.

All is well after 3 months and several heavy rainfalls. They guys hit the nail on the head with the problem and solution. If you're having issues or need a pump I highly recommend Reliable.

Reliable indeed! Septic tank service. I had a challenging tank location. Sandra, Kyle, and John all collaborated to get it done without issue. Sandra’s pleasant, and knowledgeable in planning. She gave clear up-front instructions about my part of the effort, to prevent frustration to me or technicians. John and Kyle were on-time, knowledgeable, professional, friendly. They offered good advice about best care of my system, and options to make it better for future care. Agree with positive reviews, and I highly recommend!
