I had them come out yesterday 5/4. They were on time and communicated with me their arrival time. The tech was friendly and transparent with what was being done and what was completed. Price was very reasonable.

Anthony and Gabrielle came out to our newly purchased home on Friday to evaluate an issue with our water heater- they were very thorough, professional, and were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions/concerns. They gave me a detailed run down of the process for replacement. I was their last stop on a Friday afternoon and they did not make me feel as if they were rushing and ready to clock out at all! I have worked many years in the construction field in different capacities, dealing with many contractors/subcontractors and cannot say enough good things about these two gentlemen!

Excellent service. Contacted us prior to arrival. Efficient and knowledgeable service technician. They were polite and respectful as they checked our HVAC unit inside and outside! Excellent experience, I would highly recommend Hanson’s. Hanson does a great job communicating when maintenance is due, scheduling technicians, and reminding clients of appointments!

Terrific service! He was very professional . Also extremely knowledgeable and patient with me while answering questions . Very efficient with my time and his. Upon completing his task and getting everything working correctly again, he left the areas clean . Would definitely call again if I need something fixed or replaced

I emailed a request for an electrician on a Saturday & got a quick response back. Within an hour or so the technician called & was on the way. Brendon found the problem quickly & took care of it. He was very polite & professional. I will be using Hansen again!!!

Hansen is very professional and we love their maintenance service on our unit they installed for us a couple years ago. Dylan is always very polite and thorough. We trust Hansen and recommend them to everyone.

Our Technician Zach was AMAZING. He explained everything he needed to do, the cost and the whole process and was completely polite and professional. I also asked about another electrical problem we were having and asked if he could email me a quote at a later time when he had a chance and he send me a quote before he left my house. Zach was thorough and made me feel confident he knows the requirements to do the job right and per code. He is providing an additional option for consideration should we want to leverage this work down the road. Quote came in with reasonable price and details regarding work and materials to be performed. Had permit pulled and City building inspector found work to have been completed per code as per final report. I would recommend Zack and very helpful office staff like Ashley to others needing Electrical work.

When a power outage struck after hours, we were in a bind and desperately needed help with our breaker. Thankfully, Taylor answered our call with much patience and the call was dispatched without delay to Will, who arrived at our door within the hour. Will's expertise was evident as he quickly assessed the situation and got to work. He did an awesome job and made sure we were back up and running. We were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and speed of Hansen Electric’s service, and based on this experience, we most definitely will be using them again for any future electrical needs.

Great service. My appointment was easy to schedule; the tech called me to let me know he was on the way; and wore booties when working inside our home. The tech was professional and kept me informed.

I have had nothing but problems with the air conditioner since it's been put in. I have been calling for the last few months to get them to come out and clean it and got no return phone, no email, or no text. Air conditioner started to freeze so I called to have them come look at it and the technician informs me I have to pay out of pocket $500 to $600 to get it cleaned but mind you its still under warranty and I have never been late on a payment or anything. I would do research before jumping into using them

We are very pleased with how efficient Taylor was in scheduling Larry to repair our plumbing problem. Larry kept me informed when he would arrive. When he was at our home (we were not there) he advised how he would find the clogged drain and the scenarios and prices for what he might find. Larry unclogged the drain and gave us assurance that the problem was solved. He said if we had issues again to call.
We are very satisfied with our experience with your employees and Hansen. We will call you, again.

The C/S rep was very pleasant on the initial call. Explaining the process and taking the dispatch payment over the phone. I was assured the service tech would be out that evening because i had NO HEAT. The Tech arrived as assured by C/S and went to work he was pleasant and knowledgeable, he diagnosed the problem explained what was needed and asked if we wanted to proceed. We had him complete the work needed an heat was flowing. I do recommend this company and you should ask for Dylan.

Thomas D was very nice and professional. He told us everything he was doing and we received his report and pictures before he left the house. I’d definitely would recommend Hansen. They do not sugar coat anything. Rachel in the office was very efficient and let us know they would be late, due to unforeseen circumstances. Very polite. Two-thumbs up!

Not much to say and be nice…. The tech was very rude and arrogant. Insisted we didn’t take care of our filters and we didn’t maintain our ac unit (which we have yearly maintained by Hansen) told us he had remove the coils and and clean them outside was the only way to fix our problem. He could do it for the low price of $2400, when my told him we can’t afford that he insisted we should get a loan. Then he said he cold clean it inside for $800 but it was a mistake to do that, again said get a loan and do it right. Well we called someone else and they put a machine under the coils and cleaned it great and added 2lbs of Freon for $450. Now I’ll admit he said we have some sort of small leak which started this problem and we will have to spend a few more dollars to locate and repair soon. All this after we bought our entire system new around 6 years ago!! Why do we have a leak already?? Good news is Hansen only charges $59 to come out and diagnose my problem(unless you get this tech who told my wife she must pay $119 before he leaves.

Good morning! I wasn't present for the initial service and didn't meet Jourdan but Cameron came out for a follow up visit the next day and i found him pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. The unit seems to be working properly and i would highly recommend him!

My a/c went out and I called Hansen for a service call. Cole gave me the bad news that I need my entire system replaced, went over pricing, financing, etc. The install was the next day. Installers Josh and Phoenix were great! Worked long hours to have everything working/cooling. 2 day project, very satisfied! Great communication, service plus a 10 yr warranty, Highly recommend Hansen!

Cameron.G was very polite,professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain all of the issues I had with my unit and told me about some finance opinions that's available with the company. His customer service skills was remarkable for a young man and I would personally recommend his Name to anyone looking for Hvac service.
