My hot water heater busted over night at 12:30am. I requested service online and Fred was onsite at 8:30am...On the weekend. Fast, Friendly and Efficient. Fred knew what he was doing .

Ww needed our tub faucet fixed, and when the technician arrived, i decided to change my fixtures also, and he then fixed something under our kitchen sink. He did everything in a short time. I am very impressed with the company. I will use them again.

11/24/2024 Technician Sean was very professional, knowledgeable and provided great customer care service. Sean found the problem and took great care to get it resolved. However, Sean found out that the heat sensor(s) will need to be replaced and put in a service request for replacement for technician to come out this upcoming week. I was expecting a full diagnosis but feel I didn’t receive it. I was told that because it was slightly raining, the outside unit could not be touched. I felt I was somewhat being pressured into purchasing a new unit, which pretty much all hvac services have recently been trying to get homeowners to do. It makes it incredibly hard for homeowners to trust any service providers these days. Previously, I had a bad experience with hvac. I only needed a $20 capacitor. The guy said I needed a motor. He tore it out before quoting me and then charged me $635. When I requested he leave the old motor, he dropped it on the concrete and jammed it. Three weeks later, I still had to have someone come out and replace the $20 capacitor. Be honest because it could be your elderly parents getting taken advantage of.

It couldn’t have been a better experience for me. Your tech James was so great and did an excellent job. He didn’t mind if I watched and answered questions about what he was doing. I’ve never had a bad experience with Hansens when I call for service!! He made sure to make a follow call to ensure the leak was resolved. I highly recommend Hansens and will continue to do business with them!! A++++++. Thank you!!😊

Came here from Texas about 3 months prior to our A/C going out.
I called Hanson Heating and Air Conditioning, and Ricky came over right away.
He introduced himself, we talked about our situation for a bit, and he went right to work.
He was interested in what we had to say.
He did a thorough inspection, and found the whole unit was toast.
He went in the attic and took photos of the unit and verified that the inspection that was done by the homeowner prior to us purchasing the home was false.

He made a call and had the technicians come out the same day.
The techs worked very hard to get us up and running just in time for cold weather.
They (ALL) went above and beyond their jobs, and were concerned about our situation.
I can still pick up the phone, and they all immediately responded.

I would like to say Thank you!! The team was awesome. Mr. Roger and Mr. John explained every thing to me to make the process easy and they stayed with me, Roger in person and John on the phone, the whole morning to make sure I got approved for my new unit. At which time the tech team came out, SAME DAY SERVICE and put in my new unit. Zack Bobby and Jerry did an awesome job. Zack and Jerry kept me informed about everything they were doing inside and outside. Bobby made sure the unit was placed correctly and did an awesome job inputting and removing the unit and cleaning up. I didn’t even have to remove the old unit from my yard, they took it with them. Hansen you have an awesome group of people working for you and I would recommend you to any and everyone. To my operators that I called constantly 🤣🤣 I appreciate your patience with me because this was my first time ever having to do something like this and I had no clue what to do, but you guys made it easy for me and I thank God for y’all. My husband and I came back in town Tuesday and notice water in the yard. We thought it was the septic tank; it wasn’t. Today, Friday I called Hansen and they came out immediately They revealed the problem and fixed it immediately. Thank you for everything.

Adam and the other technician answered all of my questions and were upfront with the pricing and the repairs. Our family has never had anything other than superb experiences.

Hansen has been my go to plumbing service provider for quite some time now. The techs have all been professional and the prices reasonable.

Eric was super helpful and was able to trouble shoot to get our air system to where it needed to be. We will be calling back for any future issues we may have. Thank you!

The technician, Ryan, showed up quickly even though it was nearly 830pm. He rapidly identified the issue and fixed it and got our AC working again.

Got an estimate, Hunter came out was very knowledgeable and friendly he looked our whole system over really good and let me know what will be best ,upgrading to a new unit with new ducts is expensive compared to other quotes I have received but I really believe that this company would be a good choice as far a quality of work
