Hansen is reliable and does an excellent job. My only complaint has nothing to do with the work: the technician parked in front of my garbage can, blocking it from being collected. Now I have to wait another week for my garbage to be collected.

Cole came out Saturday, our outside unit was not coming on. He took his time and then explained the issue.

Coke was prompt, polite, and honest about the issue. He found a workaround to keep us cool until a replacement part can be ordered and installed.

Last Thursday morning about 7:30 AM, I noticed my grinder/lift pump red light was on. I called Hansen and Gabrielle F. had Shawn B. at my door around 9:15 AM. Gabrielle was pleasant and helpful on the phone. Shawn was GREAT! He explained everything he did repair-wise and he discussed the do's and don'ts of grinder/lift pump usage and maintenance. We will definitely be using Hansen Super Techs in the future.

Had a plugged sewer line. It took all day to get here, but then service was great. Cleared out line then used camera to confirm roots were the problem. Ran the snake through the line several times to clear out.

Had a new mini split installed and it worked for 4 days. It took a week to get a tech back out and they have decided that their company installed it wrong and it has a leak in it. At this point, i would not recommend them.

Definitely recommend Hansen to anyone! My tech showed up within 2 hrs of my call, excellent customer service! Will definitely call them in the future if needed! Thanks

They came out at 10 at night. Zach found out problem and even though it turned out we will need full replacement of the system. Everything want smooth. He and John fully explained Everything and were doing everything they could v to make sure we would get taken care of.

Hunter is my tech today and so far he is an exceptional guy who knows a lot about the hvac system and has told me a lot of great things about the unit and the new unit that they are gonna put in for me… he is very professional and I would recommend Hansen to anyone I have been doing business with them for years

New HVAC AC system stopped working. No cooling, tech inspected started troubleshooting found that new blower was not functioning diagnostic was done to blower components found that a connector was not properly seated and had vibration caused it to come loose causing lower to stop functioning, causing system to freeze-up once functioning system thawed in about 45min. Great service knowledgeable technician prompt service call within a hour.

Our tech was SO NICE and explained the issue at hand without hesitating to fix it. They sent someone out the same day and the receptionist was also incredibly accommodating. Great experience!

We were extremely pleased with our experience with Hansen. Their technician, Khaleb Brooks, knowledgeably explained the issues with our air conditioning system, the how and the why of needed repairs, in addition to answering my many questions. Hansen has my vote of confidence, hands down!

The 2 young men were very friendly & cordial. It did not take them but a few minutes to determine what needed to be done & fixed the plumbing. Great job!

The service tech was very friendly and professional but didn't fix my problem. He opened up a closed vent and now my house is even hotter than before, up to 81 degrees. I was told they would install a vent on the roof. That was a week ago and I haven't heard anything when they will do that.

Both Matt and Donnie were very informative and accommodating. Did what needed to be done and cleaned up any messes which there really wasn't any mess. Thank you for having pleasant and polite natured employees.

Gio was at the house within an hour of calling. He was not “pushy.” He laid out what the issues were and what could be done. Once decisions were made we had an appointment for two units to be installed the next day. It’s hard to even get a service call that quick from a lot of places.

I had 2 different HVAC maintenance appointments and both cost $600 total. The first one cost me a leak in our attic that also ruined the ceiling in 2 rooms. They came back out to assess and said we could just “paint over it”. 4 coats later it is somewhat not noticeable. The second cost me $200 extra (upselling) to “fix” an AC that wasn’t messed up before the first visit and 2 weeks later my house is 4-6 degrees hotter than setting. The second tech also informed me the first tech didn’t do most of what was charged. Located in Fairhope Alabama. I’m going local from now on (Dowsey or someone else truly local). This has been a hot and bad decision to go with a big name non local outfit.
