Great service by Joe Miller. He was on time and very through. All parts and issues were discussed and issue addressed.

Heads has been a life saver over the past 2 years. you can always count on them . One of the most professional techs you will ever meet is Deveais. He takes care of us and I know he loves what he does. A definite asset to Heads.

I talked with a young lady by the name of Josie who was able to help me with the paperwork and financing. There were 3 young men who came out and removed my old AC unit and installed the new one. That was Jacob, Troy and Hank. They were efficient and worked well together. They were able to get our new unit installed and gassed up with the new freon that they have to use. The new unit cools really well and doesn’t run nearly as much as the old unit and it’s a lot quieter. The new unit also cools the house down and faster. So far I love it.

We were so impressed at how quickly Heads responded to us while our air conditioning went out while we were on vacation. Joe, their repair tech contacted us very quickly after we called in, and was out to fix it within a couple hours! It is wonderful to do business with such a customer friendly company!

I would not recommend heads, they charged me 120 bucks to diagnose what what was going on with my furnace, but they tech didn't diagnose it....stayed at my home for 20 mins and left with my 120 and and the problem still existed, the gas company came out and diagnosed my situation way more efficiently, called heads and they would not refund my money at all...I'll never do business with them again....Hansen is a way better option

Our HVAC system works just fine. It's better than the one we had replaced. The crew that installed it worked tirelessly and quietly. They were friendly and explained some features. Joe came out to explain in more detail and I could understand what he told me. Every one was professional. The thermostat is interesting and fun to set each morning and night.

Also the office staff were so nice and easy to work with. We had plassent conversations through out the whole time.

Highly recommend Heads!!! Kris is amazing. The whole crew honestly. The office staff is sweet and quick to respond. We have a new build that we’ve had to have them come out a couple times and it has been an absolute breeze!!

Joe, our service guy, informed us of the mold growing in our old system and helped us get this new Carrier along with an air purifier. He is very knowledgeable about everything AC. There’s not been a question he couldn’t answer. The installation team, Hank, Jacob and AJ did an excellent job, professional, efficient and quickly on one of the hottest days we’ve had. Then Joe made a special trip back the next week to check out the system and explain to us the details of operating the new digital thermostat. Service beyond the ordinary throughout the process!! Thank you guys!!

Joe Miller from Head's has been coming to our home for years to complete annual service and inspections. He's thoroughly knowledgeable and always professional in explaining our system and helps with making cost effective decisions, I absolutely recommend Head's heating and air.

We had the unfortunate luck of a bad compressor in a new AC unit (new house). However, the experience with Heads was remarkable. From Josie and Megan to John and the guys who came over & installed a window unit to keep my pups and I cool. The customer service was amazing. After doing all that on a Friday afternoon, they were able to come out After 5pm Friday evening and install a whole new unit so we wouldn't be hot all weekend. Incredible service for your customers. Thank you all!

This company has the worst customer service. The office personnel make you feel like you are bothering them by having to answer the phone when you call in to schedule service. They have increased their service costs, but provide nothing additional in service. I've been a customer for 5 years but with the most recent experience, I will get a new HVAC service for my home.

Mary and Jennifer came to adjust the airflow of our home's heating and cooling system. They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They took care of the issue thoroughly and efficiently. We are always impressed with the service from Head's.

Joe recommended our new HVAC system and just completed the pre-winter inspection of our unit. He is very knowledgeable and answers our questions with ease. He is a great teacher with our smart ecobee

Kyler is extremely knowledgeable, very professional. Checked and diagnosed system. Found a problem and corrected it in very short order. Will definitely request he be the technician to address any problem we may have in the future.

We've used Head's many times and they are quick to respond, show up, and get the job done in a timely manner. Their entire crew is very professional and courteous. Wouldn't think of using anyone else

Mary came to do a flow check on our DR Horton home and was able to adjust the airflow to divert more air to the far side of the house. Wow what a great job she did very professional she explained what she did and what it should do for us. This was done under home warranty so I can't comment on price but what ever it is I would highly recommend it ots worth it.

I turned to Heads HVAC after learning that my AC was about 26 years old and was cooling my attic instead of my house. I spoke to Josie and Megan who were both super nice and VERY helpful. They made sure that I was there in the loop during the entire process. Joseph worked with me and my partner to make sure we understood the process and how their services work. Hank and his guys came out and were super respectful (even when being screamed at by a cat who wanted attention). Overall Heads HVAC is the place to go when it comes to getting stuff done. Big thanks to Megan and Josie especially as they were always reaching out to me to check in

They are knowledgeable about my systems and take care when bringing in ladders.
They always go above and beyond.
They are also very nice and courteous.
A shout out also to Michael he is also helped a few times.
He figured out our new system.

Excellent service by all employees! My system was over 22 years old and Heads replaced it with a new Carrier system. Cannot go wrong with Heads and Carrier.

Kyler Davis was very professional and thorough with his maintenance visit . Mark Pfaff was pleased and impressed by his knowledge and great work ethic. Great service! It was a great experience unlike some.
