Called on the weekend. Service Tech came out within 2 hours and fixed the problem. He called and notified me of an estimate time of arrival, and again when heading to my home. Very good service.

Our AC stopped working late Sunday afternoon! Joe called us and tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone first. (Which we appreciated in case it was a minor issue we were overlooking!). We ended up having to replace a part, but he got that done quickly and we had cool air flowing in no time! Thanks Joe!!!! 🙌🏻

I highly recommend this company. They were quick to answer the call for help with my a/c. It turned out that I needed a new unit. I had an appointment set up for the next day. They were on time, very professional,and they were done in a timely manner. My house barely got warm before they had my A/C back up and running again. Shout out to Terry, Josh, and Dustin. Thank you for working so hard and for getting our new unit put in and up and running for us.

What a blessing these ladies were today! They came out to our brand new home today, our master was incredibly warm at night compared to the rest of our house. They redirected air flow to our master and corrected every single vent throughout the house! Even noticed that Sheetrock had covered a vent in on of the bathrooms! Getting in the attic in this heat is no joke and I am extremely grateful for their knowledge and efficiency and especially resilience to get in the attic! Highly recommended getting an airflow check if some rooms are not cooling properly!

Jennifer Bowyer was awesome assisting Ms. Mary McFall. They worked great together and Jenny didn’t complain at all about the unpleasant job in the attic during 100 degree weather. Go Ladies, can’t thank y’all enough!!

Our Heads heating and air did a great job restating our air conditioner after a very hot and humid day. Our HVAC technician was very professional and helped trouble shoot until the air came back on. We always have had a very positive experience with Head’s! They are quick to send someone out even after hours and on weekends! We highly recommend Head’s :)

We've had some "sweating" issues but they are taking care of it.

Heads replaced our entire unit, inside and out, top to bottom. My experience started with someone recommending to have an evaluation done. Kimberly's input and assistance was priceless. Money well spent. When we got our quote from Head's we were so surprised. Even had them double check it.
The TEAM that came out worked tirelessly for a few days. It was a taskful job as we have an older home.
My mother had Sears install the old unit and it was not installed properly and had done much damage to the floor. These guys came in and cleaned everything up. Got the closet ready. Put their new unit in and we've been pleased. They even recommended a whole house dehumidifier, a must here in the South.
Once the unit was installed they had another team come out and make sure that it was working properly and efficiently. It was just amazing to watch this TEAM work. Thank you! Chris and Mary for working so tirelessly to make it efficient.
The entire process was pretty much stressless, even writing the check.

Great customer service. My first introduction to anything related to the process of building a house so had many scheduling problems but they worked with it perfectly. All were very helpful and responsive, but most importantly all were very positive so that energy was highly appreciated. 10/10

We have had Head's as our heating & air service for over 7 years now. They are excellent! Our technician, Deveai, is awesome. He is so knowledgeable, thorough, efficient & courteous. You can't beat the maintenance agreement--which gets you a complete system check in the spring & in the fall. Highly recommend.

This is, by far, the best company to do business with, whether repair or new installation. Joe came out and pinpointed my HVAC problem. He did not try to be a salesman. Everyone dreads a big expense like this ended up being. Joe, Lance and his crew were honest, down to earth, knowledgeable, polite and professional. I am very happy.

Ask for Joe Miller! He arrived extremely soon and was able identify the issue to get our home and family back to cooling within 20 minutes. We received very professional and customer focused service. Maintenance Plan is worth for these Alabama summers!

The technician found wires cut and fixed the issue, then within the week the air conditioner had another issue the end cap of the interior sensor wire was missing. Everything was fixed and replaced. We are thankful for their superior service and support . Everything is working absolutely perfectly.

Joe came out on Monday for a scheduled maintenance call. He was very prompt and did a great job.

Kyler was awesome! He listened to the issues I observed and after he had diagnosed the problem he was very prompt in making the repair. He is a class act!

We have always thought Heads was an outstanding contractor. For many years we have been very pleased with service and quick response. Devious and Joe are outstanding service techs. This recent AC replacement was disappointing on a few instances but the company came through and made things right and completed the job with professional results.

Joe came in and quickly diagnosed our problem. He had our air up and running within minutes. While there he also addressed another issue that should have been handled by a previous tech. We can not say enough good things about Joe's professionalism, friendliness and knowledgeable service.
