Hansen always does everything in their power to make the customer happy with scheduling, promptness, communication, etc. The techs that come are are respectful of person and property. They never leave a mess!! My favorite tech is Patrick Headley! I have never met a young man with so much commitment to his job! You can tell he loves helping people! HE NEEDS A RAISE!!! We have had Hansen’s come out in the past year for a/c maintenance and we called them yesterday regarding an issue with our current a/c unit. Khaleb came out and thoroughly checked everything and patiently discussed the issues and solutions to help us. We decided getting Hansen’s to replace our existing unit was the best option. He called Eric and together we all discussed the situation, cost, and finance options. Eric was very patient and nice! They are having everything replaced immediately so we aren’t without heat or air and making sure we have everything we need. I really appreciated Khaleb and Eric making sure their customers have everything we needed for the new a/c unit and any finance options available for us.
Jared and Gage removed the old unit and installed our new unit. They were wonderful and professional! The inside of the cabinet never looked as good after the last two units! It’s so neat and professional! They also came back and assisted with the follow up the county required for our new unit quickly and efficiently! It’s been great having people complete work for your home with their ethics!

The Service Technician was very friendly, explained everything in detail he was also quick and very efficient and helpful. Had my unit replaced in the fall and had them come out for a Maintenance call today. They notified me today that all my ducts were full of fungus and in need of repair, my family has been breathing mold for months due to a poor job on their behalf. When they came out in the fall and evaluated my entire system they did not mention any of that. Now they want more money for new ducts to be installed, it’s a total ripoff and not to mention my wife and kids being sick.

Great Job! Came quickly when we needed repair on massive leak in laundry room. Other companies said they’d come in 2 or 3 days. Found problem and we have a fix. Repair in a day. Wonderful service. Grady was very nice.

The guys at Hansen were great. Fast and professional service. Will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend. My AC went out yesterday (8-28-22). Ethan and his partner came out and found the problem and by the following day at noon, I had a new unit installed.

Another fantastic experience with Hansen. Been using their services for many years and never disappointed. Tony took the time to explain every step in installing my water heater and did an excellent job. Cody was very helpful in assisting Tony and cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend Hansen for any of your plumbing, electrical or HVAC solutions.

Got home from work late. AC wasn't cooling. Called at 5pm fixed by 720. Patrick was a great tech! Fast and professional!! Replaced a few parts, reasonable price!! Will always relay on Hansen!! ❤️

Let me start by saying, in the past 4yrs that I have used Hansen, at my home and place of work, I have never had a problem or issue that they didn't fix, that was until today. Called them due to not getting hot water. My husband did flush the hot water heater prior to them coming out and did some research of his own, but I scheduled them just in case. The tech Grady , whom I have delt with before at my home and place of work, with good results, until today. Looked things over and with it. 10mins said we had a water leak somewhere in our slab. I asked how was that when my pipes run in my attic not my slab. He stated that they do not and they infact run in the slab. After he left, my husband not only went up into the attic but also cut a hole in the wall where the hot water line runs from the hot water heater and guess what, they do infact run up and into and through the attic, not the slab. I called Grady twice to discuss this and also asked him if the pipe my husband has pulled out of the water heater before he arrived that came out broken, had anything to do with us not getting hot water throughout the house, he stated " no, I'm telling you, the pipes run through the slab and i went back and went in the attic and didn't see any water lines" which i replied with the fact that my husband found them in the attic and cut the hole in the drywall, exposing that the lines run up not down. He still kept insisting that we were wrong and he was right as he had seen this many of times. Guess what, my husband ran to a plumbing shop ( he has installed fire sprinklers for over 20yrs may I add) replaced the pipe and something amazing happened!! Hot water throughout the house again! Grady did not ask if there were any leaks anywhere in the house, yet I told him there was and asked if that would be the reason the meter kept running to which he replied, no that's not enough, it's in your slab. I find it amazing that when I asked if the broken pipe that came out of the water heater was the problem, I was told it had nothing to do with it, yet my husband replaced that, and bam, everything works again. And it did not cost us the 2k - 5k estimate that i got from Hansen to fix something that was not the issue. It cost us 15 bucks, oh and the 60$ service call fee for nothing. I am very, very disappointed in Hansen and Grady and will question using them again, since it seems this time, they did not take anything into consideration that their customer was saying. I can’t say enough good things about the service I received! My tech Denver came out on very short notice and quickly diagnosed and fixed my plumbing issue. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes pride in their work, but it was clear he genuinely cared about doing the job right. Everything was handled efficiently, and he explained the issue clearly so I felt informed every step of the way. I’m extremely grateful for the fast and top-notch service—highly recommend!

This is the second time I've used this company, for 'odd details i don't feel comfortable doing myself'. They have been amazing both times. Professional, polite, and on schedule. This last time I was asking Hansen to deal with electrical on my outdoor well, and of course we both had to be flexible with the local weather. The office scheduler was awesome and responsive, and they did everything in their power to get things done as soon as possible. I am extremely happy with the services this company provides!

Tyler and Jacob were very professional they answered all my questions and I so glad they were the ones that installed my wiring for my Generator just did a walk through and Tyler set up my app , only thing I need is a power outage lol

Bought a unit 2 years ago and was assured the duct work was in good shape and it only needed to be sealed. Now I find out, after 2 inspections, that the duct is deteriorating and mold, dust, and fiberglass is being blown into my house making us sick. Don’t buy from this company.

I would like to take the time out to give a special thanks to the Hansen staff my experience was outstanding from start to finish Kaleb did an amazing job explaining everything about my old unit and why it need to get replaced he walked me through the steps to get me approved (same day) he was very patient and informative Braxton and Patrick came out and installed my new unit the next day they worked really hard as a team to get the new unit and furnace installed and they didn't leave until it was done get customer service skills and hospitality 10/10 you would have thought we've known each other for years I will most definitely will be recommending Hansen to all my family and friends thanks again for the amazing experience 100/100 thanks again from Mrs. Knight

Definitely younger crew, but they went above and beyond. They knew from the start and easily tackled the job. Really friendly and good people. Highly recommend the company ,as well as, that crew in particular.
