Ryan and his team at 84th Street Construction did a fantastic job from start to finish on a supporting wall repair in our townhouse (rotted wood in the crawlspace). After we called them, they quickly sent a scope of work with a very detailed breakdown of the work they would do and estimates of materials and labor. They managed to fit our job in within about a week of us giving them the go-ahead, and they did a great job on the repairs. The job went more quickly than they had estimated, so we were invoiced for less than the amount initially estimated. Lastly, we were very impressed that Ryan called to follow up with us after the job was completed and make sure everything went okay. Definitely will call 84th St. again the next time we need work done on our house.

They showed up when they said they would. They were friendly and professional and my staircase is beautiful!

We had a very large remodel, foundation repair, electrical and flooring, multiple windows, some being very large, new railings and more done by 84th Street. I’ve already recommended them to numerous friends and to anyone looking for a great company with exceptional communication these are your guys. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Ryan, Evan, Theresa, and the rest of the crew were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Communication with the office was easy, their work was meticulous, and they left everything spotless. They were on time and completed everything quickly. They also were much more reasonable than the other estimate we got, which was icing on the cake! Highly recommended.

In love with our bathroom remodel. 5 stars from start to finish. Communication is top tier and I can tell you that’s not the case with most contractors. We were made aware of timelines, changes etc. They showed up when they said they would or communicated any changes. The end product is perfect and just what we wanted. We will definitely be using them for future projects.

My neighbor had used this company for a project recommended them. I hired them to add a second bathroom to my home. I left all the details up to them. Materials were of good quality, the project completed sooner than expected, and at less than the estimated cost. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and will use them again for future projects!

I HAD SIX PILINGS PUT IN AT MY CABIN THREE WERE IN THE YARD AND THREE 3FT OUT IN THE WATER WAS DONE IN THE SUMMER BUY THE FOLLOWING SPRING ALL HAD JACKED SOME WERE HIGH SOME SUNK. I CALL TREELINE TO TELL THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND THEY SAID THEY DONT GUARANTEE PILES FROM HEAVING THIS IS WHY I HIRED THEM. THEY SAID THEY COULD COME OUT AND PUT HELICAL PILES FOR $2800 MORE I ALL READY PAID THEM $3000 THE FIRST TIME. I DON'T KNOW WHAY THEY DIDN'T DO THIS THE FIRST TIME AND THIS WOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINEES WITH THIS COMPANY OF POOR BUSINESS PRATICE.AND NOT STANDIND BY THERE WORK JEFF
