A little pricey compared to hiring a Craigslist handyman, but you definitely get what you pay for. You get drawings, permitting work, and actual design discussions with experts who's mission is to make you happy; all leading to a craftsman-built gorgeous deck that lasts! :D

Please dismiss the weird reviews from ignorant people. This company has built its reputation on providing impeccable customer service, suppying quality materials, hiring prompt and courteous workers, and delivering superior results. Treeline Construction has completed two projects for me, both have been top notch in quality with customer service that is unparallelled. I highly recommend Treeline Construstion for decking or remodeling projects.

The finished product is nice, but the amount of time it takes to complete a job is very long. They don't give a lot of information on how long to expect the job to take or updates on the progress. The job site is very messy, while removing the old decks they only get them out of the way and leave them in piles. There is also a lot of missed things like old nails and screws all over the place. There are little pieces from the old deck being taken apart left around. If you hire them don't expect a deck back anytime soon.

They are just the absolute best! I contacted them to give my kitchen and bathroom a makeover and they responded back in a timely matter. The process wasn't as slow as other companies I have heard of. They came to see my bathroom and kitchen first and gave me an estimate of the prices. They aren't overpriced for their services at all. When they remodeled my bathroom and kitchen I couldn't believe it was the same room. They did such a wonderful job and their very professional with their work. I hope to work again with them in the future!

Called more than once and emailed to get an estimate for a new deck. Finally got a call back to set up an appointment for an estimate. Day of appointment they never showed up. About a week later got an email, no apology or anything, just said we missed the appointment (my wife was home all day waiting for them) and would you like to set up another. Their construction service may be good, but unfortunately getting through their admin and getting them to actually show up is rough.

Disappointed with workmanship on deck project. Sometimes used bad materials which was replaced three times. Support beams that have splits. When questioned they say it’s normal and is ok. Would not repair safety concerns where they pulled trim away from siding to put flashing in around deck. Left exposed flashing out so you can get cut (especially small kids). They left an exposed wall, where you can see flashing bent forward, so water will drain into toward house. When called about it, they say it’s out of their scope of work. Now must pay another grand to fix their work. It’s been three months and still have not received any maintenance or warranty information. Every time call / emailed they say you’ll get it shortly. I would not recommend this company again.

These folks are top-notch. They did a excellent job for us on an outdoor staircase and were patient and flexible with us regarding several challenging aspects of the job. Highly recommended!

Treeline rebuilt our front deck this past summer. Communication before and during the project was great. The deck was completed within a reasonable timeframe, and any issues we had were addressed. Overall, we’re satisfied with the final outcome of our new deck

Treeline Construction is the best. They were prompt and very accurate in their estimate of what needed to be done, the job started and ended on time. The quality of the finished deck and the professionalism of everyone on the job were superb. I am so pleased with the final work on multiple decks. They are the best.

We contracted with Treeline Constructio to remove and rebuild our front stairs and landing. Suggested design features and material suggestions we got during the estimate process were very helpful.

The intake process at their office went smoothly and it was helpful to be able to see and handle the materials so I could make informed decisions.

The installation process took less than a week. The two tradesmen were professional, asked questions, were responsive to our concerns and clearly explained and offered a solution to how the slope of our lawn would need to be integrated in to the redesign.

We have two deck projects coming up and look forward to working with Treeline and their staff again.

My experience from start to finish with Treeline:

I contacted Treeline mid summer after demolishing a death trap of a front stair to our front entry.

A sales person came out and we chatted about what I wanted. He promptly sent me designed for a modest deck (10x12) with two steps and some privacy railing. I liked the design and the estimate was reasonable so I went ahead and committed and paid a down payment (roughly 1/3 the estimate).

They were up front with me that they were booked out to late October. I was fine with this, knowing that I had contacted them late in the season.

I did as much prep work as I could to make it easy as possible.

Rock solid came out in September to put in two piles. They were excellent and communication was great.

Treeline started working on the deck a couple of days beyond the projected start date, but not a big deal.

My only criticism I have for the company is to do more check-ins with clients before hand. It would have been nice to know where things stand on scheduling.

My deck was pretty straight forward. Once work started, it took only 2.5 days. Trex deck with cedar privacy rail. I watched the whole process while tending to an infant. I thought the workmanship was excellent.

I think they have a pretty efficient system for building decks. A sister company that drives the foundation. Then a team that builds the deck from spec setup by a designer. Then afterwards a truck comes and cleans up all the scrap. I was pretty impressed with the system.

I really enjoy working with Jesse and the team! They email back quickly and are great at communication. They are a quality contractor who does really great work!
