They've been excellent to work with. From the beginning they answered calls and questions quickly and provided professional quotes right on time. I didn't have to beg them for things and they've been helpful as we started a new business. So far the work performed has been good and consistent, we've recently enlarged our original scope of work and they've been smooth and pleasant to work with.

I am so so so impressed with the cleaning I received at my house last week. This was my first time using Commercially Clean and our house cleaner was professional, timely and very very thorough. I have set up a bi-weekly cleaning service and I am so happy to have found this company. I will be recommending them to my friends for sure!! Thank you Commercially Clean.

First time I have used them and will definitely use them again. Carpets look great, especially the stairs. And I've had a big stain on the carpet in the living room that two other companies failed to get out. Thanks to Commercially Clean it's now gone!

I was a bit disappointed to be honest. I just purchased a small town home and found that the previous owner didn't really clean and likely smoked in the house. Once I found some small sticky nicotine marks on parts of the bed room walls, I immediately began researching for a good cleaning company online and found that Commercially Clean had some pretty great reviews. I called and scheduled a full house cleaning ($480) and a carpet cleaning for one small bedroom ($125). I asked how thorough the house clean was and I was told it would be cleaned thoroughly from "top to bottom." I told them I wanted special attention to be payed to cleaning the walls and window areas because of the smoke marks. I was assured they would clean them and would bring a ladder to reach. Aside from that the house was fairly dusty, but certainly not trashed by any means. I was told it would take four hours to complete.
On the day of the cleaning, the two ladies Maria and Juri arrived 20 minutes late. Not a big deal really, just inconvenient as I had plans to meet someone while they were cleaning. The ladies were very friendly and told me to come back in four hours. I left and then returned to find them still cleaning the kitchen area. My house is super small (946 sq ft) and was completely empty, so I was a bit surprised to find that they hadn't finished yet. I sort of awkwardly hung out and stood by the fireplace and waited for them to finish. They very quickly (a little too quickly) finished mopping the floor area while heading towards the door. The laminate floors were new, so I wasn't too worried about it. One of the ladies asked me if she could keep some of the dishes and tin pans that they found in the cabinets left behind by the previous owner. I said sure and they took them and left. After they left I started walking around and inspecting the house.
If I had to described it I would say it was only okay, but definitely not at the level of clean I was expecting. There was a lot of dust and dirt left on some pretty obvious spots. The microwave was cleaned immaculately on the inside, but the outside had a bunch of sticky stuff left on the top area. The tops of the cabinets were filthy with dust and a bunch of loose insulation the previous owner dumped up there. I went to the master bedroom, which was the only room with carpet and the one I was most concerned about and I was so so pleased with the carpet! It was so filthy and stained from the previous owner, but now it looks amazing. There's still one dirty spot on the carpet right behind the door, but I figured that would be a tricky part to reach with a steamer, and I'm so happy with the rest of the carpet that I don't mind the spot that much. I think the guys name was Frank? He did good. However, once I got over my excitement for the carpet I was pretty disappointment to see a lot of dirty water stains on the wall. It looks like they only cleaned the top part of the walls and then let the dirty water drip down the walls without mopping the rest of it. Then I looked at the blinds and it looks like they quit cleaning them halfway through. I ran a paper towel over it and picked up so much dirt. I also discovered that the ladies took my toilet paper from the bathroom, which I know is kind of petty to bring up, but I was pretty annoyed at this point.

Overall I would definitely recommend the carpet service, but I would not recommend the cleaning service. I'm kicking myself for spending so much money on a job, where I probably could have payed my niece to do it or some poor college students and had them do a better job for much less money.

Jeff/Frank and the crew at Commercially Clean always go above and beyond. They accommodated my schedule and when they left all that staining (from a popped water line) was gone off my office carpets. You guys are the best! I've also brought them in for our weekly office cleaning. Thanks again.

Commercially Clean was a good company to work with!
They were able to help us coordinate a time that worked for our office and even took on moving our furniture from and back to their location.

As it turned out, there was a fill in person who was very nice, the dual team both were actually. The lead guy gave us lots of information for aftercare of the floors and tips for getting the longest life out of the waxing.

There were some communication issues though where the moving wasn't entirely done by them and furniture didn't make it back to the rooms/offices they were pulled from (they did at our Wasilla office, not Anchorage). A wax spot was found and had hardened that took some time to get a response on for the Anchorage office. However, after reaching out to them, we got a better picture of the why and how this all happened. They made sure the job was completed as discussed at the Wasilla office and came back out when they were notified of a wax dripping issue on the entry way carpet.

From the initial quote, follow up, and day of work they were a very positive and informative company. Communication was the only issue and we feel confident we will use them in the future as floor needs arise.

We've used Commercially Clean twice this spring to clean our carpet throughout (half of the house at a time). Both times, the cleaners came on time, prepared, friendly and efficient in their work. We can easily recommend this cleaning company to others

We utilized Commercially Clean for both a move-out cleaning and a much-needed full-on carpet cleaning. With a sizeable damage deposit hanging in the balance, since we were renting the house, we wanted the "A-Team". We were not disappointed. Every team member stayed on task, and did a thorough, professional job. The realtor who represents our landlord was visibly surprised when she did the walk-through with us after the cleaning. She literally started her comment with "Wow!" She now has Jeff's business card, which I handed her, and she will be referring business his way. This was the smartest investment we have made in a long time.

Awesome service!! Incredibly helpful in booking through the execution. We utilized Commercially Clean to clean carpets before moving into our newly purchased home and they looked great, would absolutely use them again and explore other services they have to offer as well!

I live in Seward, AK and they drove down and cleaned my carpets and they did a great job. It would have taken me half a day to get done what they did in an hour. Price was great as well. Their van is equipped with water and a waste tank so no using the water in the house or dumping in my septic.

I had Jeff with Five Star Painting come out for an estimate and also to look at a drywall repair needed after a plumbing repair was completed. He was very professional and followed up very quickly before during and after the repair. I now have started using Commercially Clean to do biweekly cleanings and they are spectacular!

Wonderful company, great deal on Groupon and the carpet looked new after they spent the time deep cleaning it. Easy communication to schedule an appointment, and a courtesy text when they were on the way. I would use their service again!

Get my carpets cleaned every 6 months, indoor/outdoor animals, the never ending mud, dust, and dirt that comes w/ living in AK, etc. They did an amazing job the first time and again this week. Frank is very thorough and professional. Highly recommend them.

When the ladies arrived to clean my house they were on time, very professional and got right to work after I described what I wanted. My house was nicely cleaned and they asked me to check on their work when they finished. I would recommend and will be using them again.

This is a new carpet company for me, and have already given them two jobs. They have left an excellent looking carpet both times. Commercially clean performed a move out clean on my house. Prior to the clean, their owner came by to give a custom quote and talk about my expectations. Although they have a full schedule, their office manager Susan was able to work me in at a time that was convenient for me. (She is great!) They did a great job although there were a couple of minor things that I noticed got missed. I called the office, they said no problem and they're sending someone else out tomorrow to do a bit of touch up. Great customer service!
