Simply said I only do houses was extremely short and not friendly wouldn’t recommend her

She showed up when she said she would and was very very sweet and did a GREAT job!

Does a great job and is reliable. We have 4 dogs and they all get along great with her.

She had said she would be out on 9/25 but no call no show. Tried repeatedly to contact via text, Facebook messenger and phone calls with zero response. She was made aware of the urgency as this is for a sell of a house but no response

She is very thorough, and responsive to specific needs. She returned to fulfill the demands of the landlord, and went above and beyond. She grossly undercharges for what she does

Needed a move out clean and got a quote and booked appointment. The pro never showed up and wouldn't answer phone. My 16 year old son waited all day to let them in. Very frustrated and then got a thing asking me to tip the person that never showed up. I don't recommend them.

Outstanding professional cleaning. After calling numerous others, she offered lower prices, was prompt and courteous. Good with my pets. She also does bi-weekly service on request.

Fantastic job! Came through for us, fit us in at the last minute to do a move out clean. Although I was not there to see the apartment, my kids, who lived there while going to school, and another tenant gave rave reviews. The property management company inspected and had positive feedback. The apartment was certainly cleaner than it was when they moved in! Thank you so much!

I called this place and a lady answered the call. I ask what she does and she explained it all to me and asked if it was move in or move out, also stating that apartments are usually professionally cleaned after move out, I told her that it was dirty when I moved in and that it had pests. That's when she was like, "ew. Yeah, I'm completely booked, not sure if I'll even get to ya." then she went on to say, "alright" as though she was ending the conversation. I had told her that the pests were taken care of a couple months ago and that there wasn't any more.

Prompt and easy to schedule with. Worked with my frantic schedule and helped clean it move out so I could leave the rental unit in MUCH BETTER shape than I found it.

I called several places and, assuming they actually answered or called back, had insanely high priced. Diane's were by far the most reasonable and the service was amazing.

Blew my client off. Came to her house for initial walk through and a price quote. Client made an appointment with Diane to clean and that Friday she never showed up, never called to reschedule or anything. Dont waste your time.

Diane cleaned my house and was plenty kind about it. I had surgery and Diane came and cleaned up where I couldn't. She used pet-safe products and never mentioned my unruly dog. She got the nooks and crannies that I mentioned and never required a re-visit. Six years later I still remember her service and how kind she was.

I hired a cleaner so that I would not have to clean our home on my last day in town (I was flying out that night and our renters were moving in the next day.) My family and I ended up scrubbing the house with Diane because she did not set aside enough time to clean it, and the cleaning that she did do was subpar to the point where we were following her to clean what she had missed.

To start from the beginning, I made an appointment 3 or 4 weeks before the move out clean. I explained that the house was large and that it would take a while. Diane said she could handle it & that she'd start at 9. Called her the day before the clean, reiterated that it was a big job and would take a lot of time to do well. This time she said she'd leave at 9. She arrived around 10 or 10:30 and by 2 PM was still cleaning the bottom floor (there were 4 floors and she'd started on the lowest level.) I started to panic and began scrubbing as well; it was obvious that there was no way she'd complete the job alone.

It was around this time that she told me that she'd scheduled another move out clean that day & that she'd have to leave by 5 or 6 but that she thought "we could get it done." In the end there were 4 of us helping her clean. We were also following her around to get the spots that she had missed (there was visible dirt on the floors she'd mopped and water stains on faucets and shower walls, for example.)

To say that I was disappointed would be an understatement, but Diane was leaving right when the new tenants arrived to pick up the keys. I wrote her a check and sent her on her way; I did not have the time, the energy, or the patience to address this as I should have (ie by discussing it with her). She seems nice enough and I rarely rate businesses poorly, but if this job was too much for her to handle she should have hired help or declined to book it in the first place.

Diane did a fantastic move out clean for me and my landlord was very pleased. I called numerous places and she was by far the least expensive. Her prices were half the cost her nearest competitor. I will definetly use her again in a move out ckean. Thank. You Diane

Called and scheduled a move in clean for my house that was pending sale. Spoke to Diane on the phone and she stated how good a job she does and how cheap she is. Well cheap she is, but does not clean that well. I had two different realtors walk through the house and report back that it looked like the house was cleaned with a dirty rag. My realtor discussed areas that needed re-cleaned, but when he went back to check on the house only a few of the items were completed. Be careful using this service, make sure you don't pay until the house meets the standard.

Diane made things right, she is a very professional woman. She stands behind her work, and if you aren't satisfied she will make it right for you. She 100% guarantees her work, I had a positive experience with her. I will use her again in the future when we move out of our current home. If you are looking for a friendly house cleaner, who is genuine and kind, I would recommend Diane.

I simply cannot say enough good things about A Affordable Cleaning! We needed to have a 1400 square foot apartment cleaned immediately. The unit was filthy. Diane did a spectacular job on the cleanup and did it at a very reasonable price. I was so impressed by her integrity and efficiency, that I will definitely use her business again and highly recommend her cleaning service. Thank you Diane!

Diane from A Affordable Cleaning was fantastic! She did a move out cleaning at less than half the cost of the local competition. The house was a disaster but Diane took the time to make sure everything looked perfect. She was prompt in answering phone calls and questions, and I would recommend using her services any day for any type of cleaning. Don't bother calling around- Diane has the lowest prices in Alaska by far.

I am a single mother of 2 children and I am so Grateful for Diane services for my move out clean. I call several companies and they were at least double and triple the price of Diane. She is the lowest price in town and did the best JOB I every seen. She did a super job on cleaning my 2 bedroom apartment. She pulled all the appliances out and cleaned behind them and inside. She made the Kitchen and Bathroom Sparkle!!! She Shampoo all my carpets and cleaned my windows and blinds and even got into the crevices! My Landlord gave me back my full Deposit and asked who cleaned so they could use her for future cleanings of other units. I was so pleased that she was able to get me in at such a short notice. I will be definitely be calling her again and letting all my family and friends know what a GREAT JOB she did at such a low price!

Diane not only provides excellent service at an excellent price, she's also trustworthy, open, and honest. She will go above and beyond for her customers. She bailed me out on short notice multiple times by doing excellent move out cleanings when moving took longer than I had planned. She also did bi-weekly cleaning services in my home with two cats. I highly recommend her. I wish I could have taken her with me when I moved out of Alaska. :)
