We had the carpets cleaned at both our commercial property and our home. Frank was our tech for both properties. He not only did a great job with the carpet but was on time and very personable. We will definitely use them again.

From scheduling the appointment to doing the work, extremely friendly, courteous and professional. I had to reschedule at the last moment and it was not a problem. Frank cleaned the interior upholstery of my camper van and it came out amazingly clean. Commercially clean is now on my speed dial!

We had a major remodel in our 3400 square-foot home. Needless to say, with 16 foot ceilings, it wasn’t just a quick cleanup after 14 contractors had been working throughout the house throughout the winter.

Commercially Clean was referred to me from a friend and I am absolutely pleased with their work! The crew showed up and meticulously cleaned my home with professionalism, great attitudes and all of the right cleaning equipment (buffers, ladders and lots of great products).

What I loved about this team is that they were all very unified. They chatted and laughed while they worked, ran errands for one another and had an overall outstanding attitude. They have all been working together for years which speaks volumes and my opinion about company stability and best business practices. Commercially Clean was recommended by a friend so I decided to give it a go. Frank came to our office to clean our carpets - the building is OLD and has 1980's carpet that has seen much use and neglect. He Cleaned the carpet and some office chairs. I really was amazed. I had planned on throwing out the chairs because they were so gross (yellow with ground in dirt and spills etc) I couldn't believe how good everything came out. I was so impressed I had him come to my house and clean. I am very pleased with the results and service and will recommend him to friends and associates.

We bought a house where the previous owners must have been pretty disgusting, and our carpets/the entire house smelled awful. Eventually the carpeting will need to be replaced, but Commercially Clean did a great job removing most of the odor and cleaning the carpeting. It feels like such a relief to have cleaner, fresher floors! The staff were super nice, and they were offering a deal at the time so I feel like I got a great value for the service.

The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars was because when the guy was about to leave I asked if he was able to get underneath our TV stand because it didn't look like it had been moved. He said yes, and that he had just moved the stand back...but after he left I moved it back and the carpeting there was still dry. I called the company and they sent someone out the next week to clean that part of the carpeting. I was really glad that they came out to finish the job, but it was just a little inconvenient that it wasn't done the first time. However, I would still recommend!

I use Commercially Clean for my biweekly house cleaning, and also recently used their carpet cleaning service. They were amazing! The carpets were cleaned the same day I called to schedule, and they've never looked better! Stains I'd tried to get rid of myself for years had disappeared. I highly recommend their services!

We had Commercially Clean folks clean our carpet while we were out of town. When we returned, when we entered the house we found the carpet cleaner than we ever had expected. Frank is one hard working dude that will clean your carpets as best as is possible. I will continue to count on Commercially Clean and Frank to do all of my carpet cleaning.

I had this company clean my house after I had my tenant move out and remodeled the kitchen and bath before it went on the market. I was unable to be there and didn’t see the house again until after it had several viewings. There was still some debris from remodeling and the laundry room and entryway needed to be scrubbed out badly. The carpet had already been shampooed and 3/4 bedrooms were already cleaned. When I finally saw my house again after the cleaning, I saw that the toilet and shower still had drywall dust and vinyl debris stuck to them showing that they hadn’t been touched. The kitchen counters still had sawdust etc. The cabinets and drawers still had debris in all of them and stuck on food in one drawer. Closed cabinets in the laundry room still had debris from shoe storage. I could go on. They had multiple people there about 5 hours based on doorbell cam. They took smoke breaks and had chats right outside my door multiple times. They charged me $575 after quoting me $70 an hour and not telling me that was the apparent minimum. I paid it with the assurance that the house was very clean and ready to go. A few weeks later I saw all that had been missed and called and asked for either a partial refund or for someone to come and finish those tasks that had been completely missed. Christina argued with me and sat there and complained about how awful the laundry room, entryway, and walls were and how long it took to clean. She said she personally witnessed someone clean all the things that hadn’t been done. My biggest complaint aside from the poor service and high cost is that she wasn’t honest and didn’t at least tell me they didn’t finish what I trusted them to take care of. I expected my house to be fully clean and presentable to buyers. I went with this company for the good reviews and expected better. I’m not the type of person who tries to BS people and get refunds. I was blatantly ripped off and lied to by this company. I would avoid commercially clean. I will be going back to doing my own clean outs because I know I can get the job done right. I regret not putting aside time to do it!

I have a renter that was hard and careless with the carpet. I was impressed with my first contact and with Frank Hubbard who came to do the estimate. He was thorough and forthcoming in explaining the process, their current special, and was positive and congenial. I am looking forward to cleaning day and have high confidence.

I've returned to add the 5th star! The work has been completed. Frank was thorough and efficient and I am amazed at how good the carpet looks. Frank said it was a challenge and he met the challenge.

Absolutely fantastic! My carpets have never looked so good! Fast scheduling time, wonderful customer service (Thanks Denise!) very personable and knowledgeable staff (Thanks Mike M.!). I will never call anyone else for carpet cleaning. Pet Safe, kid safe, non-toxic and no chemical smells. My whole house is refreshed! Very reasonable price (actually great value for the price!)

I hired Commercially Clean to clean our upstairs carpets and stairs after receiving recommendations from two friends. Everybody I dealt with was nice and professional. The woman I spoke with on the phone gave me an estimate based on the measurements I gave her, and the man who came to do the actual cleaning gave me a more precise estimate when he came and did his own measurements. He asked if there were any problem areas he should focus on, and was here for roughly two hours. Our carpets were old and worn when we bought our house 8 years ago, and two children and two pets haven't made them any better. They did an excellent job with it, and even my 9-year-old commented on how much cleaner they looked. The prices were reasonable and the carpets were dry by the end of the day. I'd recommended them.

I’ve had Diane as my house cleaner for over 20 years, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She’s incredibly reliable, professional, and always does a thorough job. She’s also great with my pets, which means a lot to me. Her pricing is very reasonable, and she consistently goes the extra mile to keep my home looking its best.
