Diane is the best! Totally recommend for if you're moving out and need a cost-effective cleaning service

A friend gave me the temporary "gift" of Diane following surgery. I was so happy with her services that I now have her regularly every two weeks. I just wanted someone to clean floors, bathrooms, and spiff up the kitchen, and Diane does this for a very affordable price. She is dependable, communicates well, works quickly, is flexible with schedule when needed, and likes my dog!

Diane was quick to respond and schedule our cleaning. Very affordable price compared to other services I looked into. The quality of her work was excellent and thorough. Her professionalism and attention to detail really puts her service on top. I appreciate that she was honest and trustworthy in our home. I would recommend this service 10/10. Thanks so much Diane!

I would highly recommend Diane's Services as I had an approx 1,800 sq. ft home that was a total mess due to renters and within 24 hrs of contacting Diane's Service it was totally ready to show! The kitchen counters and cabinets were amazing and looked new again along with the hardwood floors, carpet cleaning was great which saved me a call to a carpet cleaner. This cleaning service is great and so is the price! I had the home rented the same weekend! Thanks Diane!

Diane fit me in to have my apartment cleaned at the last minute. I was exhausted after packing and decluttering my place for several days and she was a God send! I have used Diane several times to clean my Rental at a changeover. As you know sometimes there is not a lot of time between a move out /move in. Diane is always responsive and fits me in. She is reliable, trustworthy to be left alone in your place, professional and does quality cleaning. One knows that many times a rental is less than desirable to clean But Diane is always spot on and at a very reasonable price - certainly less then the quotes I used to get. Now I do not bother to get quotes I just call Diane!

Diane answered my call first try and was able to give me a quote over the phone for a move out clean. For the entire 3bed 2 bath apartment she only charged $195, which was a great rate compared to a competitors quote of $800+. Next time I need a place cleaned professionally and on short notice, Diane will be the first person I call:)

Diane fit us in to her schedule within a few days and did a move out clean on an ~1850sf, two story, 3br, 1.5 bath home. Her prices are very reasonable and she did a fantastic job. Our house looks spotless and very ready for our first open house tomorrow!

I have used A Affordable Cleaning By Diane's Service's 2 separate times now both times for move out cleans. The first time I was 7 months pregnant, and we were so impressed with the clean and how fast she was we knew right who to call when we needed somebody again (ironically for another moveout). I didn't have time to do the clean for the the 2nd move (with a toddler and trying to move into a house on the time crunch we were on, and I knew I could depend on Diane to do the job. She got us our full deposit back the first time and she did the same with the 2nd clean as well. She was so easy to work with over the phone in regard to scheduling. I will be using her again whether its for a move out or general clean. Way to go Diane !!!!!

I never even purchased a service from Diane, but she was so incredibly knowledgeable and informative that I had to give her 5 stars. I called asking about a quote for a move-out cleaning and she talked to me for over half an hour about the problems I was facing and how to address them. She was straight forward and honest about the services she offered and what was best for my particular situation. She listened to me, gave her expert opinions, and helped me understand what I needed to know. At the end of our call I was so thankful for her input that I had to come tell the reviews, if you want an honest and decent person to help you out, Diane is the lady for you. Simply Clean are meticulous in their cleaning. When you have them when you have them come in for a regular cleaning or a deep clean you can be guaranteed. The job will be done right the first time. They're quick to answer questions and respond. Also they do the special touches like no one else. We highly recommend them and will be calling them in the future for all our cleaning needs in the area.

The company was flexible and quick to respond to my last minute "hey you" request for cleaning before a party. Ashlyn and Mariah were prompt, and understanding. They did a stellar job overall, and were hyper-focused my biggest concerns. Highly Recommend!!!!
